Pool are torn easily

Hello, i received my product several weeks ago and when I set up the inflatable pool we noticed that there was tiny holes on the material and the air was constantly coming out from the inflatable. Another thing is the stiches on the product was not done properly. How can you resolve this issues for me? The amount paid for this product was not cheap. Please respond asap, will appreciate it.

We really liked the slide at first. Have only had it a couple of months & used it a couple of times. We have one 4 yr old little girl. When we went to use it today, it had 2 small holes & the seams are ripping apart. We’ve followed all care & handling instructions. Would really like to replace it, but of course it’s past the 30 day return window. I purchased the more expensive one with hopes it would be worth the money. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed that the product is quite literally falling apart. We loved everything else about it. The company was helpful in resolving some of the issue.
