I like the design and the floss. I also like the neutral flavor of the paste. I don't use the feature to hang it on the mirror. This current brush head doesn't click on my handle properly.

These are crittiques I have that need to solved: The brush head is not big enough I still have my wisdom teeth, and the brush head is neither long enough, or strong enough to effectively clean my furthest back teeth. A choice between different firmness of bristles would be nice, as sometimes I prefer softer bristles, and other times I want ones that are a bit stiffer. Three overall vibration effect is decent, but could be stronger. It doesn't really seem to make much of a difference in the effectiveness of the brushing experience.

Love the toothbrush but still trying to get used to the reorder service. Not sure if I got the refill system works. Will is if I get my refill brush.

The design is simple, elegant, and durable. I have the black version and it is amazing. My teeth feel clean and I love that I don’t have to go shopping for toothbrushes anymore. My only complaint is the refill heads sometimes don’t attach as snug or tightly as the original head that the brush came with. There’s always seems to be a slight gap between the connections, but it is a minor inconvenience. Overall, I am very pleased with my Quip black edition toothbrush and I highly recommend it.

I switched from a standard rechargeable toothbrush because I was tired of battery issues and the constant need to charge it. With quip, I don’t have to think about buying toothpaste, charging, or ordering new brush heads. The convenience is great. My only issue with quip is that the batteries still don’t last long and sometimes the vibrating feature won’t work, even if the batteries are new.

Love the timed function, but from time to time the head isn’t quite in the correct spot and it just shuts off. Love the automatic deliveries to always be using a “good” brush head. Teeth feel way cleaner than manual brushing

I love the toothbrush, I brush my teeth 2 minutes twice a day now and had NEVER before in my 27 years of life, but the app is a joke and isn't working very well.

Here’s my issue. I live the fact that the toothbrush heads are made to be replaced. However once you do replace it, the new head doesn’t attach as well as the original. You can be brushing your teeth, add a wee bit of pressure and the head will disengage.
