I don’t like it, the bristles make my teeth feel pretty sensitive after a minute of brushing, even when the battery is new; the vibrating doesn’t always work.

The batteries last like 2-3 weeks before dying, half the time it won’t work properly/ won’t turn on unless I take the battery out and put back in.

I had enjoyed my quip in the past but lately the battery delivery is late & the last battery I was sent died after a few weeks. No longer going to use it.

I loved this brush at first but the moment I changed the battery and head it starting breaking apart while brushing my teeth. That’s frustrating when you’re dressed for work and it causes toothpaste and water to drip down your front. That needs to be fixed and it would be five stars.

My wife's tooth brush stopped working before the first refill came. After our second refill the brushes don't stay attached to the battery compartments and will fall off constantly.

Toothbrush has something wrong with it. Half the time, it won’t stay on and vibrating for more than 5 seconds. I keep having to turn it back on. Frustrating! I’ve contacted customer service. They ignored me. Not impressed.

Barely vibrates, toothpaste gets into the battery compartment.

When it comes to the quality of clean I get with this brush, I think it's great. However, the toothbrush itself has had some issues. On mine, the brush head rides up on its own, and because it's not snapped in place, it pops off while I'm brushing. Two replacement heads in, the problem persists. My husband's toothbrush has an entirely different issue: sometimes the power button won't work. We've only had the toothbrushes for 6 months, and the problems have been around since nearly the beginning. Maybe we're unlucky, maybe the toothbrushes just aren't built well.

It would be a perfect toothbrush and system if I didn’t receive defective brush heads. I follow the instructions for installing the new head. For some reason, the head is never flush against the base meaning I brush my teeth and the head will come loose. Water seeps into the motor, thankfully it never gets to the battery. After a few uses the brush head will fall off and I have to constantly re-attach. It’s irritating to no end.

Good toothbrush until the changeable head would not stay on. I really liked it.
