The brush head broke the first day. Cracked down the side, and falls off when I try to brush my teeth.

Stopped working after first battery change. Battery wasn’t the issue, and it doesn’t seem like water got inside. It’s basically an overpriced metal brush now that it won’t turn on.

I have a typical twice a day routine when brushing accompanied by the use of floss and mouthwash. Never used my tooth paste after one try, bad flavor. So I kept with my own floss and mouthwash too. The brush needed replacing and I put an order in when I wanted to replace the brush, come to find out the order was delayed another 3 months because of how the plans work?! I needed the day I ordered and had to settle with using an older brush for a bit, I am on my 2nd going onto my 3rd head replacement and the motor went up in 6 months of ownership. I love the brush and the results I get but I still use it without the motor. I could buy a whole new kit rather than buy a motor replacement; sad and disappointing.

While it looks great out of the box, it’s has some problems as soon as you need to refill. That is, once you disassemble it the first time, it won’t look or feel like the original. It has design flaws that don’t allow the head to properly align with the body, resulting in a structural deficiency. In my experience when brushing the replaced head repeatedly fell off

My toothbrush no longer mounts, the toothbrush no longer vibrates, and the toothbrush has turned on by itself. Delivery is also slow. To get a replacement is a lot to go thru.

The toothbrush broke before I even got my first replacement head. New batteries did not help.

My quip has been working on and off for the last 5 months. Now for the last month it hasn’t worked at all so it’s essentially just a toothbrush.

Hard to install head. Bought black model last Christmas holiday, they do not make black head refills

When I first got it I loved it. After I changed the brush head it has not been the same. Constantly comes off and at times turns its self on.
