My tooth brush broke About seven months ago , I send a request to stop sending the replacements brush , please do not send me any more brushes since I do not have the tooth brush any more

The replacement top keeps coming off when I brush my teeth. Very frustrating.

Customer service slow to get back after sending in the issue. Had me clean the brush attachment obviously, then take photos of the attachment parts. Sent me a new brush head. Fits better but still comes off easily while brushing. Im too lazy to go through the process all over again. So I just brush holding on to brush head.

I love the design of the toothbrush as well as the way it times your brush. But the head keeps coming off as im brushing, even with keeping up with the replacements.

My quip will not last the full two minutes any more. It stops after a few seconds, and I'm constantly needing to turn it back on. I've cleaned it out, put in new batteries, and it still does it.

I loved the brush at first, but over the course of 2-3 months, the connection between the handle and the head would not connect consistency, so it turned into a standard brush. Have gone back to a normal brush and will try a different power one.

Overall great product; however, delivery of replacement brush heads take a really long thing considering they’re small items (approx. 2 weeks).

I’ve had anything from cheap battery brushes to expensive sonar electric. This brush is uncomfortable to use, slippery, doesn’t reach rear molars well, and the vibrations don’t work well. Feels like a cool subscription gimmick and not much more.

At first it was great i Love the timer on it and the softness of the bristles but my first quip stopped turning on before my first brush head replacement came in, I got that brush replaced and. Now the brush head keeps popping off the replaced brush.

My battery stopped working out of nowhere and now I’m stuck with a normal toothbrush.
