there is nothing about this tooth brush that I would recommend to anyone other don't waste your money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved our quip toothbrushes and the ease of receiving new heads every 3 months! But one day, mine totally started dying... at first it just kept turning off on its own. So I changed the battery and the head (even though it hadn't been 3 months yet) and that worked for a couple days until it happened again and so i changed the battery again and then it just stopped completely. Now, it doesn't turn on ever. Then a few weeks later my husband's did the same thing. We haven't done anything out of the ordinary, just brush our teeth 2 times a day. We followed the instructions of cleaning the area when changing the heads etc. I am currently waiting to hear from them to see if it's fixable. Though, the wait time is long and they want proof of warranty. Which frustrated me...

Floss string breaks too easy. I thought I was getting something similar to my disposable picks. Very disappointed.

I don't love my quip, my number one complaint is that regardless how careful you are to clean out all the old debris from previous heads, my head does NOT stay on. Regularly the head pops off or the button doesnt work. Sometimes it will stop buzzing long before the 2 minutes is up. I'd rather just switch back to my oral B then deal with the fickleness of the toothbrush. MAYBE it would be ok for travel-- but its a pretty hefty price tag and I'm not seeing any benefit to my teeth.

I keep asking you to remove the toothpaste but have not been successful.

Replacement head falls off. Never received a free promotional one. Customer service left me in limbo after two weeks. Not worth the investment.

Purchased the toothbrush less than a year ago. It started to switch on by itself a certain point, the first it fell apart and launched the internal parts into the bathroom areas.

Hasn't worked properly since I bought the toothbrush. Poor quality. No better than a standard toothbrush. Cancelling my refills and buying a Sonicare.

The bristles aren’t great and my toothbrush will not stop vibrating since I recently changed the battery.

The top part that’s supposed to click in keeps popping off when I brush my teeth. Have to cancel and just buy a regular toothbrush
