Toothbrush stopped turning on even after changing batterie.

My toothbrush stopped working within 10 months of buying it. It randomly turns on and off when not in use, which scared me the first time it happened, as I didn't initially realize what the sound was. The button no longer works. I didn't love it enough to bother photographing it and/or sending it back to the company, which is required to determine if it is covered under warranty (despite owning it for less than a year), so I just cancelled my plan.

I purchased a brush and the head wore out in a month. I don't brush too hard it's just poorly made. Then I went to replace not an dnotive the blue tooth motor so I tried it. Now brush head falls off while using it . I am very disappointed. I asked for help over two months ago from support and have heard nothing. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

the design is good but again just vibrating does not ensure better cleaning of my teeth

I am bummed about my and my boyfriend's quips. We have had them for about a year and both brushes have different issues now. His will not go back together properly anytime he has replaced the toothbrush head (the middle white section is sticking out and will not go back in). My tooth brush will not full go back to one piece either which causes the battery to turn on and off randomly. We loved them when we first got them and were able to replace the heads a few times before they started acting up. Instead of buying new quips, we have just gone back to regular toothbrushes. Such a shame because we did love them when we first purchased them.

Love everything about quip except that it doesn't clean well enough. I feel like maybe it is the rubber bristles. I also do not think the vibrating does anything at all.

Mine broke after replacing the brush head for the first time. It is cheap and wasteful. I will go back to my Sonicare. Don't waste your money.

I’ve bought 2 kids toothbrushes and they don’t vibrate for the full 2 minutes. They turn off at least 10 times during the span of a single tooth brushing. It defeats the entire purpose of having an electric toothbrush. My toothbrush conversely has worked flawlessly for years.

While the toothbrush looks beautiful, it is absolutely horrible. The battery dies within a week, and the cavity will fill with water. Frequently the toothbrush just randomly begins to vibrate and cannot be turned off. Absolute trash.

I purchased two. When we replaced the heads the new ones don’t clip back in the same way. First tooth brush died after 3 months. Second tooth brush died after 10 months. Didn’t get a whole year out of one which is upsetting
