The design was great - I have the rose gold. Loved the convenience that I could stick it to the mirror (save that precious counter space) and that it was lightweight and good for travel. The sustainable packaging for the subscription is great. That said, I recently forgot it at a friend's house and had to brush my teeth with a normal toothbrush from a convenience store, and honestly, my teeth felt cleaner with the manual brush. I haven't had a problem with my teeth since using quip over 1.5 years, so that's important to note. No cavities. I think it's a fine toothbrush, but not life-changing.

I love the design of my all black quip it’s amazing, but recently I’ve noticed that the head of the brush is not flush with the handle and also lately it’s been cutting off based on the direction I brush in and I have to restart it so it’s a little frustrating and disappointing

I have been a quip owner since the beginning and have been happy until now. The new toothpaste tube is messy and unpleasant to use. I have recently upgraded to the bluetooth device and am trying to adjust to the tracking methods, but at the end of the day, it is just one more thing to keep track of. I enjoyed the simplicity of product at its start but now I feel the marketing has gone in a different direction trying to provide more than is necessary.

I liked my quip initially but the replacing the brush heads are really difficult and recently the brush head will fall off randomly in the middle of brushing. I plan on switching back to my old toothbrush - like the idea of quip but just didn’t work for me!

This toothbrush is for a 5 yr. old. The timed brushing is great, but if I subscribe to a service to ensure that the batteries and brush heads are replaced at the appropriate time, I expect the battery to not die before that next round arrives (especially with a kid who is *not* inclined to overbrush or tell me that the battery is dying and the toothbrush is getting weaker).

Initially loved the concept and the product, however after my second or third refill, I started have problems with the unit whereas the brush did not say on the unit while I was using it. That cause me either two problems--brush keeps falling off and I have to stop and rinse off or I have to hold the until so that I am holding the brush in place which is very awkward and makes it difficult to brush my teeth

I have had a Quip toothbrush since February of 2020 and after changing the battery fro the first time, I noticed that it will not close all the way (I followed the directions word for word) and that when I brush, it comes a part. Other than that, I like the brush, just not sure if the design is good or maybe I have a faulty brush.

I didn’t think I would like the toothbrush however I did and I enjoyed brushing my teeth twice sometimes three times a day. However the batteries don’t last the length between the refills. I’m apprehensive about opening up the toothbrush without a new head in case I break it!!! ☹️

Seems like a nice, reasonably priced electric toothbrush... but it seems to have issues. It will often just turn off without me pushing the button. The issue only happened after I received a new brush head & battery. It works well enough to keep using, but I wish it were more sturdy/reliable 100% of the time.

Design and portability are great. However, I've found its functionality unreliable. Very often the power fails to function or cuts midway through brushing. It was occasional at first but seems to happen more often now, and found tapping it down hard at the head often helps. My first refill also didn't match the design I purchased. I believe I've corrected the error but think the type should be clearer when setting up the order.
