Bought this for my daughter not even two months ago and it turns off by itself every five seconds. Waste of money.

I don’t like she has to use a manual toothbrush because her refill has not come.

I love my Quip toothbrush but am super disappointed by the floss stick! The design is too thick/clunky to reach the back teeth and the floss comes loose after the second or third tooth. You’d have to refill numerous times just to get through your mouth. Good idea, poor execution.

My toothbrush comes on whenever it wants. my husband thought this was funny until his starting doing it. your product is terrible. the vibration is poor.

I've been a customer since 2017 and during that time I've had to get 3 replacement bodies because the connector for the head is easily cracked. The motor just stopped working in the last brush I had.

Unfortunately the refillable floss string is too large to use on the back teeth and the floss does not stay taught so it is mostly useless. I was very excited to replace my disposable flossers but this is not the solution.

I really liked the toothbrush and have used it for a couple years now. I recently bought the refillable floss pick and it was such a great idea, but the strength of the floss was horrible. I could barely get through two teeth without it fraying or ripping. I would really appreciate it if they used stronger floss, or else I'm going to have to stop using.

I just got my first quip refillable floss dispenser. I like the design, when I try to remove the floss from between my teeth, it breaks or pulls out of the handle. Really not usable at all.

The design is the only good part of the toothbrush. It is probably the best design out there. That is the only good thing about it. The motor is so weak it may as well not be there. It is basically a regular toothbrush that makes noise. The reusable floss pick is the same thing. Great idea and design, horrible execution. The floss is difficult to get in and out of my teeth. I have to restring it about 5-6 times per use. It defeats the purpose and is a hassle to use. I was excited to use this and it completely let me down. I would not recommend Quip.

If you have any tightness between your teeth, don’t buy this. It doesn’t hold tight, the floss either moves or gets caught in my teeth, and I have to use other floss to try to get it out. You can floss faster with regular glide floss.
