The only things I liked about this brush were the different color options, and the ability to mount to my mirror. Otherwise, after the initial excitement passed I barely used it. The vibration wasn't comfortable on my teeth and gums. Haven't even had to switch out the brush head or battery yet due to little use. Not going to keep my subscription.

I loved Quip - at first. However, ever since I replaced the head the first time I can no get it to stay on. It always comes off when I’m brushing. I waited for a second replacement. That time I asked my husband to switch them out, thinking perhaps it was user error. But no luck. The head kept falling off while brushing so after 8 months, I gave up. I tried to find a place to leave feedback at one point and that wasn’t immediately available, so I’m happy to be able to do this now.

Takes to long to get help . Cant call anyone to explain better . Doesnt last a long time with battery even before the 3 month subscription

The quip brush is nice. The concept of getting replacement heads automatically sent is great, but I wish I had a way to increase the frequency of replacement heads as my brush / battery are typically worn out before the new replacement parts come in!

Toothbrush is decent. I don’t think the toothpaste is quality. The quality of my teeth and my wife’s teeth went down after using the product for the past 10 months.

I was disappointed with the Quip toothbrush. It's marketed as an electric toothbrush, but the bristles don't move and it seems like it barley vibrates. I also noticed after a few weeks using this my gumline/teeth became sensitive. My husband and a friend also had a similar experience. The design is nice and it's convenient to not have to charge it but the cons outweigh the pros.

There’s always something wrong with my quip. This month for some reason it wouldn’t snap on and stay on. In past months the battery only last for a month rather than three and I’m not sure the vibrating is actually helping clean my teeth or just some sort of placebo to make me feel like it’s doing something. I think I’m going back to my previous electric toothbrush with rotating bristles. This feels like little more than a fancy looking standard toothbrush.

I loved this toothbrush in the beginning but after changing the brush and battery the very first time, it became a struggle to use. The battery would only last for a week and sometimes only worked here and there. I also don’t like how hard it is to keep clean since water can just sit inside the rim of the toothbrush. Then it gets nasty buildup and I don’t have a tool to clean it until the new brush head gets here and that often takes forever. Not something I would purchase again without some serious rethinking of the product.

Once you set up a refill schedule you are not able to change it at any times without cancelling and recreating it.

Design is good and I do like the mirror holder but mine has started to act up and won't always vibrate and now the brush heads won't stay on. It's cheap...but it's cheap.
