I love my new product. My son is using it and he loves it a lot . But for me, if possible, the machine can be made more powerful than it is. More power more impact in cleansing

Okay vibrations... Nice size for travel/packing...holder also doubles a cover which is very nice... found it very difficult to access battery...thought brush lost its shape too quickly.

The overall design of the quip toothbrush is sexy and sleek. I loved the brush at first but after a few 3 month cycles, the motor in my toothbrush stopped working entirely and is now back to a fully manual brush.

the smart brush connectivity needs improvement. issues involved receiving updated data on the app i made several complaints to the IT team its a good concept but needs improvement

I really love my toothbrush. I wish I could change a few things. 1) sometimes I wish I knew if I could be doing better for the environment on my refills and batteries 2) I LOVE that the packaging was changed to be more green 3) I think I would like a travel case for my quip 4) I would also love a more involved cleaning process

I bought one for each of my kids, 6 and 8. They worked very well and the dentist was pleased with how their teeth looked. However, these are not completely waterproof and one of the motors died after the battery compartment filled with water 3-4 months into use.

Loved this toothbrush for the first month or so and then it became erratic. Wont turn on when I brush even with a new battery and often just turns on on its own when no one is even in the bathroom. I’m going to toss it and buy something different.

When it works it is good. The pulse at 30 second intervals helps me change the portion of my teeth that I'm working on. The problem that I've found is that when I get the new head and change it out it doesn't consistently work without having to fiddle with it. The motor will run for 15 seconds and then shut off one time and the next time it might go the full two minutes. Overall I like it but I don't love it

The sleek and compact design is great. Love that it has a timer. My teeth feel great after using it. The trouble is that after replacing the brush head and batterythe first time, my toothbrush head falls off while I’m using it or the brush simply doesn’t turn on at times.

The overall design is nice and modern. If there could be any changes, I would like for the bristles to be a better quality and last longer. If not, I would like for the renewal consistency to be faster. Instead of every 3 months I would like it every month.
