The head never stays on and every battery i receive with the head is dead. Head constantly pops off in your mouth while brushing. My whole family uses this brush and they have same issues just more patients than me. I have canceled my subscription.

Have gotten 2x refills since original purchase. Both have worked poorly and the brush head does not stay connected well. I have to hold both pieces together the entire time I am brushing. First visit with the dentist since using the product, they said that my build up was down, but had significantly more staining - seems like the toothpaste is ineffective.

Works fine to start, but when you replace the head, the thing won't turn on or off properly. I had this problem even with a replacement. The thing woke the family up in the middle of the night when it turned on spontaneous. I'm done.

The concept of the refillable floss pick is great, but in practice it's terrible. It's awkward to open up and refill. And the floss quality is extremely thin - according to the instructions you should only have to refill it a few times per flossing but I find the floss breaks at least every other tooth. I have to constantly refill the pick. I was hoping this would be a way to waste less floss and possibly save time but I use at least as much floss as I would with plain floss and have to stop to refill it constantly. 0/10, would not recommend.

Please make the shopping experience a little easier. I am leaving the country for one year and need to stock up. I really hate all the ‘bundles’ accessories and such you offer but when I want to simply purchase picks and refill pods I can’t. I tried on my phone and on my iPad and have wasted way too much time. I need toothbrush heads, floss, floss string, a pick, and pick string- a few items that should be VERY easy to put in a cart and be paid for. Not worth a subscription if I can’t get what I need.

I have bought two quip toothbrushes at Target. The first was metal and the second was plastic. Both broke and would not work when I got my replacement heads from quip. I thought the first was a mistake, contacted customer service, and they said they hadn't heard from me ore received pictures. It's not worth your time to try and work it out with them. It's not worth the money. Buy something else if you want something of quality that won't break when you replace the heads.

At first this seems like a good deal. But the brushes are funky with the silicone bristles. Doesn't seem like they clean well between teeth. But my battery handle broke after 4 months and I couldn't get my new heads to stay connected. Also, I bought a black one and my refills were white. So, that looked like crap. I went back to my Sonicare. Feels better anyway.

Unfortunately the refillable floss pick simply doesn't work. It is a slick design and I wish it worked but the floss is not held in place tightly enough. The floss slips out of the holders and it impossible to get the floss between my teeth. I do have tight spaces between my teeth.

Great toothbrush but good luck getting the replacement heads from the company. They say they shipped and 3 weeks later your still waiting on it and they won't send you a replacement.

The mounting would not stick to the tile in my bathroom. After a period, water started getting into the motor/battery compartment, causing the cycle to stop regularly. Bought a second brush, had the exact same issue even faster.
