The parts don't stick together and I am going to throw it away. It's poorly designed.

It vibrates your hand it doesn’t really help your teeth

My teeth feel clean after using quip and the design is very nice. It’s super easy to travel with which is also a plus. However, the heads easily pop off mid brushing. Even new replacement heads don’t always solve the problem. This causes you to have to awkwardly hold the toothbrush or deal with the head coming off mid brushing. Quip should look into this issue and make improvements because it’s enough to not want to use the product.

I love the sleekness of the design, but the brush is too simple for the amount I paid for.

I gave this toothbrush to my girlfriend as a present. It was a great toothbrush for the first seven months or so. Now it randomly turns off, doesn’t turn on when she pushes the button or just starts up on its own. Very disappointed to have spent this money.

At first was great but within a year won’t turn on then won’t turn off and brush head comes off , so went back to my Phillips sonicare

I was so excited when I purchased quip less than a year ago and was extremely disappointed when the electric feature stopped working after a couple months. I have made numerous attempts to fix it, but it has become a manual toothbrush.

It worked fine for a month or 2. After- the motor started just turning off before the 2 minute timer and not consistent at all.

I hate how soft the bristles are and wish you offered different options for firmness. I prefer a medium to firm brush and this is way to soft for my liking. Also the brush head doesn't last three months for me.

I was super excited about this product and its convenience. Then mine broke about 2 weeks in, the brush head wouldn't stay on and I could barely get through a full 2 minute brush without it disconnecting and having to start over. I waited for the next brush head hoping it would be different but it was not. Hope others have better experiences!
