Decent but has a major flaw, at least for me. Ever since I did my first brush replacement, the brush portion always wants to separate from the motor part when I am using it and I have to concentrate on applying pressure so they do not separate

My kids both have one. Cleans their teeth well however our brush heads start to get black mold after 2 months despite being left out in the open. Have the throw the heads out early and they typically use a manual until the new heads arrive in the mail.

The vibration is barely noticeable and I don’t like the silicone bristles. Would be great if it vibrated a bit more and had a regular head of bristles cause I like the service and style.

I love the toothbrush, not the toothpaste and have had several unsuccessful attempts at removing it from my order. Please fix it.

The idea is great, but why are the batteries dying so soon? The quality for price of the brush is great but maybe energizer would be a better battery because I have been disappointed and not sure where to reach out to. So I add the cost and buy an energizer now to keep quip running.

The toothbrush itself is great. Gives me a very clean feeling. However the replacements don’t ship as early as I would hope. Instead of being exactly 3 months it’s more like 3months and some days. It’s not a big deal but I find that my battery starts dying right before 3 months so the last few weeks the toothbrush randomly shuts off making the timer aspect a bit useless

While I like this tooth brush it is annoying to be charged and have to wait up to 2 weeks to get the new head. Also after the second time replacing the head correctly it broke which is bothersome when you expect the toothbrush to last.

My toothbrush since replacing the battery last month keeps shutting off. I replaced the battery myself and it’s still not always perfect. I’m not sure of the issue.

We loved our quip toothbrushes until they started to shut off randomly. When we emailed quip, instead of trouble shooting, they asked for receipts, warranty information and pictures. We weren’t looking for free stuff, just a way to resolve the problem as I am certain we weren’t the only two with this issue.

Love my quip but when I changed out the dead the second time it will now snap off mid brushing. It is very frustrating.
