As a regular dentist goer, my teeth's cleanliness wasn't a big issue. After a move, though, I got a new dentist and my hygentist said I had stains between my teeth. After using my Quip from my first visit to my second, the stains weren't noticed anymore! Everyday they feel clean, look clean, and now the dentist report is baking that up!

I love the design, but I do have a problem with the brush separating from the quip body. I think I was applying too much pressure! I also had a problem replacing the battery. My husband used too much force and damaged the unit. When I notified Quip, they told me to send photos. l did. They replaced my brush free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I love the toothbrush and how clean my teeth feel. I wish we could get the replacement heads for my whole family in one envelope instead of the waste of so many envelopes. I would also like it if we got more than one replacement at a time, like maybe a whole year at a time, also to save envelopes and convenience.

I love the idea of the Quip and when I got it, I have never been so excited about a toothbrush. I had to put in a claim because it stopped working... It was replaced and the customer service was exceptional. I am once again having issues with it inconsistently cutting out and have to put in another claim. I have no doubt the customer service will be great again, but I only received the toothbrush for Christmas 2019 so it has been less than a year and I will soon be on my third toothbrush due to malfunction. It's not that they don't replace it, I just wish it would work and continue to work. Props to the company for backing their product though and continuing to replace and stand behind it. On another note, I have the subscription for replacements every 3 months. I love that I don't have to think about it, but if I do not pay for the replacements, I do not get the replacement guarantee when something goes wrong. Also, I get toothpaste which is fine for me, but I know that my sister finds this frustrating because she cannot use the Quip toothpaste due to tooth sensitivity. We are a quip family- my mother has 3- one in her Winter home, one in her summer home, and one for travel. My sister has 2- one for home, one for travel, and my sister has 2- one for travel, one for home. My husband and I each have 1 and I want to get one for my daughter, but the vibrations freak her out.

Love the design and the ultrasonic vibrations which provide a deep clean feeling. love the 2 min timer to keep me honest. unfortunately my last two refill heads have snapped off while brushing my teeth, despite cleaning the connection and not applying a lot of pressure when I brush.
