Maybe I have a defective brush, but the battery completely dies after less than 3 weeks. I have all of my wisdom teeth, and the brush head cannot reach my third molars effectively.

I was really excited to use this when I first saw this advertised on my feeds. I think the design and concept are good, but actually using it is a different story. You’d have to be gapped toothed to use this. There is not enough tension to hold the floss when you try and get in between your teeth. It would just collapse. I ended up just pulling the string out and floss the old fashioned way. Complete waste of money! Very disappointed.

Considering the professional reviews, I’m underwhelmed with the quality. The toothbrush worked correctly for maybe five days but then it quit. It’ll still turn on but it never lasts the entire two minutes. It always cuts off early. The floss is also pretty poor quality. A good quality Oral-B toothbrush and floss would be just as effective and a lot cheaper. Waste of 50 bucks

I was hoping the floss would have been the end all be all. But it is just so cheaply made. Two swipes and they rip. Once the floss got stuck between molars and that was it was it for me. No go.

To start with, the design of the Refillable Floss Pick is top notch. It has very high quality components which is why I'm so disappointed with this product. They decided to go with extremely cheap and worthless floss which renders the floss pick nearly useless. It rips after cleaning 2 teeth and results in a stringy mess. They seemed to know this would happen as the instructions warn that you will have to replace the floss multiple times in order to complete your floss session but they say it should only take 2 restrings. This is not the case. It takes me 8 or so restrings just to get through one session and it's frustrating the entire time. I know the floss is the problem because I've used some quality satin and plastic floss with the pick to test the durability and it works much better. I hope they decide to source some better and stronger floss in the future. This product is useless and I 100% regret my purchase.

I wanted to love this toothbrush but I have now had to have it replaced roughly 6 times in the past two years. This goes for both my toothbrush and my partners. I initially thought it was an issue with me, but every toothbrush replacement I've been given has broken in a new way - whether the battery runs until it burns, a piece of plastic breaks, or the tiny rubberband moves out of place and the head no longer attaches. I wanted to love this product but I can't give it more than 1 stars because I'm rarely able to use it and replacing it under the warranty is tedious.

It was perfect for the first year or so and then with each brush head replacement, it began to malfunction. The brush constantly separates when in use....very frustrating! Given that I used it for an entire year with no issues, I won't invite the possibility of operator error. I'm done - moving on to a new brush.

Have tried to no avail to cancel subscription. I like quip for travel but have 6 refills and do not need to keep receiving. I use Oral B when at home because I feel it does a more thorough job.

The toothbrush is super sleek and beautiful to keep in the bathroom. Impressive how slim it is compared to every other electric toothbrush. It's worth swapping a battery over the hassle of a charger and the bulkiness of other products. However... I brush a little rough so every time I do, the top piece comes off. My husband has the same issue. I have to hold the brush in place while brushing now and even then, it's popped off so many times that there is toothpaste build up under the brush (where it connects to the base) that the electric function no longer responds to the touch of the button. It's a great concept for a toothbrush, I think this issue could be easily resolved by creating a brush head that screws on versus pops on and off but until then, I've canceled my subscription and won't be coming back.

I am really disappointed in this toothbrush and regret buying it, It does not feel very effective because the vibration is so minimal. I was afraid it was sort of a gimmick and it is. My old Braun Vitality is far superior to this one.
