I purchased three sets last year for Christmas - one for myself - one for my son and one for my grandson - right off the bat, the sticky part holding the toothbrush to the mirror didn't work for my grandson. Then, mid year, my son started complaining because the top of the toothbrush kept coming apart from the bottom. He stopped using his. Almost 3/4 of the way into the year, the same thing happened with mine - while brushing the top kept coming apart from the bottom. I'll try another electric toothbrush, but not this one. originally impressed, but not as the year went on - looks nice, but poor quality/workmanship.

The base breaks and the head won’t stay on so every time you brush it snaps off and won’t vibrate.

I have always used a electric type of toothbrush. I switched to quip because I love the sleek design. However, I do not feel like my teeth get clean with it. I thought maybe it was me, but my dental hygienist has commented on the buildup as well.

We enjoyed using them for a year and half. Just upgrade to Sonicare that feels way more powerful, like going to the dentist almost. The brushes for Quip were hard to remove and put on, and didn't like all the wasteful packaging shipping batteries and brush heads.

I have been using this tooth brush and this service for 1 yr now. I like that the refills come in the mail but the new brush attachment doesn’t always stay connected to the handle . When you his happens it is difficult to keep using it cause it works it’s way apart and off of the handle. Which then adds cost if you need another to replace it.

Like size and mirror mount very much. Extremely difficult to swap out parts when refill arrives. So much so will probably cancel subscription.

When I first got my quip toothbrush all was great! Each time I change the brush head and battery, the toothbrush life gets shorter and shorter. Sometimes it stops working after 3 days, then all of the sudden starts working again. Sometimes it is working and seems fine and then all of the sudden shuts off well before the 2 minutes are up.

The past two brush heads that have been delivered to me do not fit my handle. They don't click, and they get all wiggly when I'm brushing and fall off. After about a month when it's just two annoying to bear I switch to a regular toothbrush. I thought the first time it happened it was just a fluke, but one brush head after another? Not impressed.

It doesn't have the power of an Oral B or Cyber Sonic. It is weak and the brushes don't last 3 months to fit their delivery schedule. I will use it only as a travel brush since it has a nice compact design and case, and runs just on a battery. I don't recommend this product though.

The brush is broken and doesn't stay together. Also the vibration goes on and off.
