I am disappointed with my refill brush because it was in white and not black. My toothbrush is black so I do not like the mismatch with the brush.

When needed, I will replace my current quip with another. I have had a variety of electric toothbrushes and I am very satisfied with he performance of this unit.

I love everything about my quip toothbrush except for the replacement heads! The replacement toothbrush head just doesn’t sit all the way down. I’ve tried cleaning it and following all the steps. I makes the toothbrush almost unusable. The toothbrush head pops off about halfway through brushing my teeth. So disappointed.

I loved it but now my toothbrush doesn’t work. I thought it was a faulty battery and I put in a new battery that I bought. It istill doesn’t work.

I love how small it is and it feels like it does the work. I get very annoyed when it breaks in half while I'm brushing. I shove it back in like they say but it doesn't stay for long. I really want to make it work cause I like it when it works!!

I like quip and most things about it but the shipping is very very slow. It takes on average two weeks after the ship date.

Not bad... the first few months my mouth did feel cleaner. Now, (after 3 or 4 refills), they don't feel any different than normal brushing... I don't know if that means I got used to it or the motor is weaker.....

The service of having a new toothbrush automatically mailed to you is great! My only complaint is that I have the hardest time getting the old head off to switch it out with a new one.

The batteries do not last until the next shipment. The head is not easy to change.
