We pulled these out of the box and put them together this weekend. Yes they need to be assembled. Everything was packed well and all hardware and tools were included. Unfortunately they are put together with those dreaded hex screws! Aside from the annoyance of having to use the enclosed allan wrench, the instructions were pretty clear. All parts were clearly marked too. The cushions are very nice quality. The rattan is plastic strips/webbing and the legs are metal. I don't see these being left outside in the Florida sun and daily rain so we'll have to bring them in each time we use them so they last. I'm afraid they will fade and rust. Overall nice chairs for the price.

Very nice looking chaises. Cushions comfy too. I also purchased covers to use when they aren’t in use because I was fearful the cushions would stain. Only setback was they needed assembled.

Chairs required assembly, but not too difficult. Cushions are thin, but come with ties, which are much-needed in our windy location. Great value for the price!

Good product for the money. I had a little separation on some of the weaving after about 6 weeks of use but for the money these aren’t a bad buy.

The assembly with that Allen key was difficult My wife enjoys them.

Easy to put together

Received the chairs today. Sturdy and stable but I have one chair that where the nitting was broken and one arm-rest that was heavily dammaged. I do not know how to contact the distibutor.
