There will alwyas be corners and niches you have to clean by hand. But this robot saves you a lot of effort by cleaning the easily accessible areas. The phone app lets you use your phone as a remote control so I haven’t actually tried the remote that was included. So far it has impressed me.

Not much for leaving reviews but I can’t stop raving about this machine. For the price point, it’s just shockingly good. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and recently got dark LVP flooring. We were sweeping twice a day. We run this little guy at 2AM and the house looks flawless. We have one small lightweight rug we have to move but for the results this thing gets it’s hardly worth mentioning. I emailed tech support on a question I had about the mop and the customer service was AMAZING. Don’t hesitate. Buy this. Spare brushes and mops are also available on Amazon.

It's easy to control with the remote with simple controls, allowing me to sit back and relax with the auto mode button. The battery life is impressive, covering my whole house on one charge, and it's surprisingly quiet (depending on the suction level you choose). Maintenance is simple, and the self-charging feature is super convenient. One thing I wish it didn’t do is run into furniture to sense it, but that’s what you get with the price point. But overall it's a powerful, reliable, and time-saving cleaning tool that I highly recommend, and makes me wonder why people even buy normal vacuums!

I have a vacuum robot for downstairs, but decided to get this one for upstairs, especially since it has intelligent fall protection. Our upstairs not only has a stairway, but it has an open loft area, so there is plenty of spaces that the robot could potentially fall off the edge of the loft and come crashing down to the lower level. This would not only destroy the robot, but would probably do damage to the floor and/or furniture below. After testing it out, I am pleasantly pleased that it holds up to its promise and does not fall off the edge. When it comes close to the edge, it backs up and goes the other way. Very pleased indeed.

I have bought 3 different brands of robot vacuums for various reasons. This one was the best buy far. It worked great until it ran into a pile of dog poop that the dog left in the other room while I was busy doing dishes. It ran circles through that poop until it couldn't move. There was no way I could clean it well enough to work again. Unfortunately, I replaced it with a different brand that self emptied. My new one gathers the dog hair & leaves it in piles around the house. Buy this one!!! I wish I had again.

I have bought this vacuum to replace a Roomba. For the first week, it has worked well on our hard floors. We don't have carpet, so can't speak to that. The water container is small and need to be replaced every time you use it. So far it is working well and I picking up all the dog hair. I would buy again!

You do have to fill the water container after each vacuum/mop cycle if you want it to mop everytime, but not a problem doing so. Our floors stay shiny everyday now as we have 3 pets and keeps the fur under control. The only problem I had (not a robot issue, but an app issue) is the Tuya Smart app you use for this robot vacuum doesn't have zigzag mode where it goes row by row and not random. But the remote control for the robot vacuum has that feature, so not a big deal. I would buy again!
