I really don’t get how it got so many good reviews. This thing is not good. It is easy to figure out but it constantly gets stuck on everything!!!!!! It doesn’t just go around something. It started getting my carpet wet instead of just the dining room like it did originally. The app is easy to download and use but the cleaner itself needs a lot of work for this price. It is not smart at all. It literally only works in a room with nothing at all and even then sometimes it get stuck on a wall. Battery life is great though but honestly it’s a hunk of junk. I wouldn’t recommend this. Keep looking and save your money.

I bought this vacuum mop combo less than 4 months ago and almost every part of it has broken off. The bottom piece that holds the mop pad broke, the front piece that feels where things are broke off. The left wheel feel off.Don't waste your money. You'll replace it every 5 months if your purchasing.

I was so excited to finally get one of these robotic vacuums. I opened it as soon as it arrive only to be disappointed that it didn’t have the charging dock. So disappointed.

It's not working well at all

I have used this vacuum maybe two time since I got it three days ago and in the middle of using it will turn off.Do not waste your money.

This product all of a sudden stopped working after just one year. Seems like it is full charge or attempting to charge, but it would not start to vacuum.

The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this little guy but it couldn’t make it over any thresholds. It also got stuck under our fridge, on our shoe rack, and under our baseboard heaters. It wouldn’t return back to the base once and would just turn off wherever it met its demise.

My item was used! It had dirt in the dust bin! And a part was missing. Very glad that returns are easy.

This is the worst money you will ever spend. It will not even pick up a small dead bug. We have LVP so pretty smooth surface and yet I still watched it push crumbs and small debris around the floor that any other vacuum would have no issues with. It also gets stuck EVERYWHERE. You have to prep your area by picking up rugs and some chairs. It wedges itself under the refrigerator and gets stuck. It will high center itself on the base of a bar stool, so unless you spend a lot of time prepping your area, it will just spend all day stuck, or literally spinning its wheels until it dies, which really defeats the whole purpose of a convenient robot vacuum…even if it did actually pick up crumbs and small debris…but it doesn’t so it’s all just a waste of space, time, and money. Do not recommend. Didn’t even try the mop feature. Garbage. Don’t buy.
