The media could not be loaded. I really love this vacuum cz it does amazing job tackling my hairs and light dust on my floor! It’s smart than I expected. The vacuum is easy to use but the connection process to cellphone app is a little bit complicated and I still haven’t figured out yet. Also the vacuum is quiet when it works, I am definitely very happy with it to clean my house!

I currently like the way this robot vacuum cleaner works because it works very quietly and does not make a loud roar like a traditional vacuum cleaner.It comes with a remote control, but I don't use it because I downloaded an app that can connect to it. I don't carry the remote control with me all the time, but my phone is always with me, so I can let it work at any time.I am amazed at how fast its battery consumes power, because it still has enough power after sweeping my house of more than 2,000 square meters. In the app, I can choose its cleaning intensity and control the amount of water, which is very convenient.I also like the scheduled cleaning function, and I usually let it clean twice a day.Its wheels are large, so it has strong climbing ability. It can climb over a horizontal bar under my sofa and help me clean the bottom of the sofa that I never clean. This is another part I like.Regarding mopping, I don't know how to make it distinguish between tiles and floors, so I can only clean at a fixed point. This is the only thing I am not satisfied with.As for smart applications and voice control, since my family does not use Google Assistant, I can't share my experience. I will update it if it is useful in the future. I think it's okay at present (I uploaded some photos and videos)

Bought it for the elderly, it is easy to operate and suitable for the elderly. It cleans very cleanly and can be used continuously for 3 hours after a full charge. It is small and exquisite, not easy to get stuck and will not fall down the stairs.

This machine is good for cleaning our floors. My mom used to mop the floor with her hands, but this makes it easier for her. And the machine is also relatively intelligent. You don't fall on the stairs. There are regular cleanups. You can also add water to work. So you can keep it clean every day.

Efficient for home with tiles , wooden floor and even rugs . We are using this product for more then one year and it’s working fine without any issues . Charges very fast and wet mopping is also ok . Thanks

This is the perfect vacuum doe ab RV. The fact that it mops as it goes is great for our RV and gets rid of the sand. A must have and the price is reasonable, by the time you buy a vacuum and mop you might as well get something that makes it so easy.

We have had this for a week and it works so well on our hard floors. We don't have carpet, so can't speak to that. You do have to fill the water container after each vacuum/mop cycle if you want it to mop everytime, but not a problem doing so. Our floors stay shiny everyday now as we have 3 pets and keeps the fur under control. The only problem I had (not a robot issue, but an app issue) is the Tuya Smart app you use for this robot vacuum doesn't have zigzag mode where it goes row by row and not random. But the remote control for the robot vacuum has that feature, so not a big deal. I would buy again!
