I used this product for 2 months now, and there are a few problems worth noting. Firstly, as seen in the picture, the rubber grip is coming off. I'd understand if this was a couple months of use and if I were throwing it around, but I'm careful with my products. This happened very early on, and I feel other rubber strips also loosening. Secondly, the device likes to cut out and randomly stutter. I would be watching a video on my phone, and it would pause without any noticable factors causing it. I cannot seem to identify why this happens, as my wireless earbuds do not have this problem while watching videos. The sound quality is definitely bass heavy, but that's fine from my tastes. The clip can be useful but with the fragile rubber, be weary of losing them if it hangs off a backpack or something.

El sonido está muy bien pero la batería dura muy poco solo 5 horas y se apaga

I got this speaker because of its portability. I tested the sound of this speaker compared to 2 other speakers. This one was the worst. It was definitely not the loudest. I am returning this speaker. If you want a very loud speaker, this is not the one.

Had a cheaper, better sound portable speaker than this one.

I thought this jbl 4 would be louder than jbl 3 but it's not a loud disappointed by that but grateful for the clip redesign.

Power button is a design flaw..any type of physical activity that would require the speaker to bump up against anything other than a pillow will cause it to shut off, and that might even be questionable.

The speaker is great except the power button design - its in a bad location and not recessed so it gets accidentally pressed all the time. This is extremely annoying and makes the speaker almost useless in some cases where it moves around a lot as it keeps turning off. The Clip 3 never had this problem, but its sound quality is no where close to as good as the Clip 4.

It’s a nice looking portable little speaker. However, the sound quality is not great. I should’ve returned it or swapped to try another but missed the return window (my own fault). For music it’s just okay and for things like podcasts the base is to high so a lot of times men’s voices get washed out from the base making it hard to listen to. Maybe we just got a bad speaker or something but we’re going to purchase something else to try.
