For the second time in two weeks I have received an item from Tanga that was obviously a return from another customer. The shower head we received was in its original package but had water in the head. One of the two refrigerator filters we received looked like it had been repackaged with one end of original carton taped up. Suspect that Tanga is shipping goods that have been returned to an online retailer. No mention of that being a possibility in their pitch of the products.

This was the wrong size water filter, I get it mistakes happen. The problem is trying to get a refund. I was put on hold for forever and a day and then I was clicked off. Please help me to refund this filter that I can not use. My filter is about 6" and the filter you sent is about 18". My filter is a "every drop" filter #JD41096 NPL

I ordered the 4396710 filter and a different filter was delivered which is not compatible. I need to return this item.
