Gifted this to my dad for Christmas. When he poured scotch and added ice into the glass it immediately cracked and leaked his drink out.

This glass arrived with the cigar indent worn and scratched like it had been used. I reached out to the seller through email and haven't heard back. I was hoping to give this as a gift but I can't in this condition.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. It came with two very large cracks. Good thing I opened it first as this was supposed to be a gift for my boss...would not recommend

This is an awful product. Save yourself the hassle. The glass is chipped all along the edge, there are 2 large seems on either side that look awful. I’ve tried repeatedly to initiate a refund and Amazon runs me in circles.

Received these as a gift originally and love them. Broke one and the attempt to replace is a nightmare, wrong glass twice with no attempt to understand their mistake.

The media could not be loaded. I paid for a set of 6 and only received 1 and glass looks foggy and Used.

Purchased this as a gift for my cigar smoking, tequila sipping, brother. Unfortunately, he told me that 1) the space does not fit most cigars, and 2) any condensation on the glass (and he likes his drinks chilled,) will ruin the cigar. Fail.

I bought this glass for my husband and his cigar wouldn’t fit. Working on retuning it now. Very Disappointed. Also the glass looks very thin. Definitely not what I expected.

It's such a cute idea, but there was a fracture in the glass when it arrived and its box and the shipping box were both totally fine. I don't know if a jolt caused that, but if so, the glass must be thinner than I realized. Also, there's a seam that runs right down the middle on both sides, which you can't tell at all from the product photos. It just didn't look as nice as I was hoping and was pretty disappointed, especially with the misleading photos. We returned it and are going with another brand.

Got the glass broken but the box was fine. Tried to get a return/refund but there is no one available to help. I was very disappointed was gonna gift this for my husband but was sad when I got and its all broken into pieces.
