Very warm and cozy. Ball material does form with washing and use. However, the overall effect of this jacket is much classier than the usual hoodie. It's plush, soft, good overall construction, very warm.

Both this jacket for my wife and I to share for taking the dog out or walking him in the cold northeast nights. It is very big on her, but I am big. 6'3" 250 and it fits pretty well. The wrists are tight, only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5
