The process of having a defective product exchanged is appalling from a customers standpoint. Purchased these in May 2022. Call customer support at Amazon and they try to trouble shoot over the phone. They are unsuccessful and had to reach out to Apple who now owns Beats and they could not trouble shoot over the phone. They schedule me to go to the nearest Apple store for a meeting with a representative and they couldn't resolve it. Now they are asking to send the product away, so they can determined if its a "warrantable" issue or or a factory defect. This would take 7 days to process and then another 10 to receive the new pair. If they deem it "warrantable". Hope you wont need service to resolve your issues . Because you wont get it. Hoping Amazon allows me to return it. I just want my money back at this point. BTW, the people at Apple act like they are doing you a favor for doing business with them.

These fo not stay in my small eats. (Yes I inserted them correctly - I watched many videos on how to insert them.). They don’t stay in my ears properly so I don’t know if they are good quality. I’ve now tried a few add-ons - wings, neck band, etc. They are a pain because you have to take them on and off to charge the ear buds (the buds don’t fit in the case to charge otherwise.) I bought them because I saw some reviews that said small face and ears and they fit. I do not recommend if you have a small ears. BTW - had to go back to my cheap pair that stay in :(

I read many reviews before i made this purchase and thought i found a replacement for my samsung ear buds. I was wrong. Maybe i received a low quality product or these beats buds are just low quality over all. When on the phone everyone says that im hard to hear like im in a wind tunnel. And the battery life is only between 3 to 4 hours per ear bud. The only upside is they do fit better in my ear over my samsungs but i went back to my samsungs because of the bigger issues.

From what I saw online, these were supposed to be great. I got them on sale for a hundred bucks and I can see why now. I came from AirPods pros to these and the downgrade was enormous. For starters, the pause button takes up literally the whole earbud so if you want to adjust it when they inevitably start to fall out of your ears, you find yourself skipping or pausing your song. Next, they are incredibly uncomfortable. I've had 20 dollar headphones that fit better than these. They hurt the bottom of my ears like crazy and I am constantly pushing them around. Even worse they look ridiculous in your ears!!! I look at myself in the mirror and just see them sticking out looking absolutely ridiculous. I tried every ear tip it made no difference. The positive side is the sound isnt terrible, but then when you try and go into noise cancel mode from your phone menu, itll acknowledge it then go right back into the previous mode. Noise cancellation and normal mode feel the exact same. I would not reccomend these at all. It's like buying a medium popcorn at the movies. Either look for a cheaper option or pay 100 more for the beats fit pros which are awesome or pay like 50 more for the airpods pro. DONT BUY THESE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave these ear buds a week to fall in love with them and they made me regret buying them. I went from first gen AirPods to these and I am saving up to buy the airpod pros now because the integration with apple on the beats was very sketchy. If my phone was in my POCKET the Beats ear buds would disconnect and reconnect or just not work at all. If I left my phone on the kitchen counter and go to the fridge for a snack….SIGNAL LOSS. I even went as far as buying these brand new as I read issues with the renewed set. Spending $100+ on earbuds the connectivity better be good. Not only 5 feet and loss of connection. My first gen AirPods which have been through the washer twice and only hold a charge for like 30 min still connected over 50+ feet away with no audio interruption. Save your money and buy you something worth your while. After the week wasted wearing these and the week wasted waiting for my refund it was definitely it worth the hassle.

I have had always wanted a pair of beats, heard they are such great sounding headphones. That is true the sound quality is really amazing. But other then that not worth it. This things never connect right to my phone. Every time I pull them out i have to reset it to try and connect. It takes me multiple times to try and connect. They also do not seem to always need to be charged. I only use them at the gym for about 2 hrs a day but they always need to be charged every night. So if I forget to charge them I go to the gym and they die trying to get them connected before I can even use them. I might have just got unlucky with this product because I still talk with people saying they love the ones they have. But I’m just going to get another brand not worth the $100+ risk.

You CAN NOT charge these with any any any adapter you have in the house. You get all kind of APPLE promo stuff in the box, but you can’t use iPhone charger. The teeny wire you get has two of the same end. You have to spend even more money now, to charge these things. I’m tired of spending money only to have to spend more money. Plus, they do NOT react well to the ear taps to control FF, Play,…, etc. all it will do is stop but then you can’t restart song or FF to next or return to previous, not matter where or how often you hit. Their sound is no better than $29 ear buds. Plus, as another reviewer said, it’s crazy how hard it is to get these things out of the charging case. A sleek, but slippery design, you can’t get a hold on. You’re buying hype.

5 MONTH UPDATE: It has every single bluetooth and charging issue imaginable. I have to open and close, reset, forget on my phone at least 3 times whenever I want to use it. Most of the time my iphone can't find it and it simply won't connect. Whenever it connects one earbud is always dead. So sometimes I only have sound on the left, sometimes only sound on the right. It turns out that the case doesn't always charge both earbuds. Sometimes I open it and notice one is at 97% while the other is at 5% charge. All of this happened on the 5 month mark. I highly recommend you staying away from this. Also apparently this is the same technology used on Apple Airpods. My friends using Airpod Pros were complaining about the same issues. Here is my review shortly after using it about the performance of the earbuds which I liked and had given a 5 star based on it: My first initial though was that the sound quality was not impressive specially not for paying 100+ dollars. Oh classic Beats with their terrible music quality... Airpods or even the 20 dollar Apple cabled earphones have better sound quality. But they outperform all others when it comes to active sports. These absolutely do not fall from your ears and are very comfortable. They are also better at listening to podcasts compared to other brands. These are the best if you need earbuds as a runner in 2021 but if you care about premium sound quality and if you don't do active sports, stay away from these. Also I am pretty sure there will be better and cheaper running earbuds in a year or two. So if you are reading this in 2022, look for other running earbuds.

I'm actually surprised by how bad the quality of these headsets are. I own the power beats pro which I use for work and it has everything that I need for a heavy work day. I love that pair. I didn't need these beats studio buds but the prime day sale was really good, and I needed some new buds for my new TV. I like to have different headsets/ear buds for each device I own. I'm quirky that way. Anyway, I can't get 10ft away from these earbuds with a line of sight without them starting to break up. WHAT?!?! even the cheapest $30 earbuds I own can give me at least 30ft in my apartment. The other thing I dislike very much is the battery life. 3 hours is just not even close to enough to do anything and not the 6 hours they claimed it would last. So basically I just threw away money on earbuds that are not worth that much.

So I got them and they sound pretty good. The noise cancelling works sorta. Transparency mode is a little iffy. Sometimes I don't know if I have it turned on or not. I have to go to the app and check. So it doesn't work that well. The messed up thing is I got a Beats micro usb cord. WTF! These were supposed to be brand new. And the cord looked dingy. It doesn't make any sense. I called APPLE they aren't responsible for it. They didn't have a run of Moon Gray Beats Studio buds that got the wrong charge cord sent with them. So that means these were used and returned and then repackaged and sold as new. If that's the case FKN say it and don't make me think I'm getting a brand new pair from Apple beats. Are they even real damn beats? Or are they knock offs..... WTF Amazon.
