These were sad

I bought these because of the Beats name, but the volume no matter how high you turn it up it’s not very loud. It has nothing to do with the seller but the brand. This was a huge disappointment.

Was hoping for more

I love my music. Love my quality. This product does have that. But, battery life is not so great. I find myself relying more and more on my JBL earbuds while I am out walking for extended periods of time. And when I say extended periods of time I mean a earbud will die on less than 5 hours of wearing it. I only wear one at a time but I did but this product thinking that A earbud would last 8 hours and that is not true. I have switched back to my JBL's for the time being. However I do like the fit in my ear. They are nit bulky and theyvdo not fall out easily. They would be amazing for gym and walks or running.

Not the sound quality or experience I expected

I had high hopes for this product based on the brand name. Tried them in the gym twice and was very disappointed: - Poor sound quality (surprisingly little bass) - Poor fit (yes, I tried all three sizes of ear plugs) - Poor controls (change volume... song skips... music pauses - it's a crap shoot what will happen when you touch the controls. and just trying to adjust them in your ear will activate a random control as well.) - Noise cancellation was ineffective. Tons of leakage of outside sounds.

Horrible service if you have an issue

Headphones are great except these developed a weird issue with background noise and popping sounds within 3 months of solid use. Called apple as they were still under warranty and they said they would see what the problem was. Said they would ship me a special ppd box to send them in. That took over a month, then I sent them in and they said sorry, it’s going to cost 158+tx to clean them before we can go further. Niether factory warranty or apple care will cover this. Why the hell would I spend more on a repair that honestly should be covered. Theyre headphones for crying out loud, they are going to get earwax in them…. Really upsets me because my daughter saved up her money to buy these, and the subsequent AirPods to use since these weren’t working properly and took so long for repair. Moral of the story, if they break clean them first I guess? Or just buy throw away headphones..

Worst Purchase

This is my very first time writing a review on Amazon and I’ve been a customer for years. But I think it was necessary. This was one of the worst purchase I have invested in so far. The noise cancellation doesn’t work at all. People complain about the background noises all the time when I’m on the phone. It also doesn’t stay paired to my iPhone. I have to keep trying to pair it on a regular basis.

Hard to get use to

I am use to apple but decided to try out beats because they are well known too. I can’t take the suction of them in my ear. And they won’t stay in if you don’t buy the extra ear piece you have to put on them which is annoying to put on and take off each time plus they are even more suctioned in your ear like an ear plug. And if you touch them at all they hang up or are super sensitive to make changes.

Not for me

I wanted to like these. I've had issues with 2 pairs of Airpods so I decided to treat myself and get the Studio Beats. I don't use them to talk on the phone or wear them while working. I use them when I walk. So I get them and sync them to my phone and the next morning I'm out for a 4 mile walk. I can't say if the sound quality was good or not because all I heard for my 4 mile walk was the vibration of every one of my footsteps in my ear. When I stopped I heard my breathing and my heart beat. Probably a combination of the internal microphone and the way the bud seals your ear. I had no choice but to return them. And just a side note I purchased Apple Care for them and thought that would be a hassle to cancel but it wasn't. I returned the Beats Thursday and got an email from Apple on Friday saying they would be refunding me and the money was back in my account this morning

Great Earbuds, Terrible Fit

These earbuds were everything I had ever wanted, except one thing. Comfortable; not just uncomfortable, they lacked the ability to stay in place for more than 5 minutes doing anything. Even just sitting. So I investigated further and found a sub forum on Reddit with many people experiencing a similar conundrum. After a day of research I decided to return my Beats Studio Buds and ordered Beats Fit Pros which are everything these are (and then some) plus have the miraculous ability to stay in place for longer than two songs. For specifics, I can now wear my earbuds for the entire battery span without ever once having to readjust. If you’re going through a similar problem I’d say $50 more is totally worth being able to actually use the product.
