I have used the wireless earbuds for a month now and I am returning them. The reasons being 1) They do not fit well in my ear. I have the continuous feeling that they are getting loose in earlobe and it is very distracting 2) tried to use these during my fitness routines like running/jump roping and they just do not feel tight. 3) I cannot seem to see the battery levels on the MAC pro 4) Sometimes I have also had bad quality reception while using the left earbud, which goes away when I toggle with the right. So sending these back and replacing with the pro wireless beats earbuds. I am hoping for better usability for the above issue with the pro wireless. keeping fingers crossed.

I returned them and now 1month later same problem all over again . Very hard to connect to my iPhone 11 even when I put them in the case still playing no matter which buttons I press I order to disconnect I literally have to forget this device. If they’re dying which after using them 45min to get to work and 1hr coming home I need to charge them battery life sucks . I’m very disappointed with these.

The battery life is terrible only lasts several hours.

This is my first time buying beats i have other headphones but not buds and i never paid as much as these cost. These are not high ends buds and at 150 dollars not to bad of a price for working out at the gym.But after i charge them and went to the gym the left bud scramble the music for a few seconds not very long but over a month it happen about 5 times it never happen on the right bud . So i return them and got and replacement which was easy with amazon which came today. I guess it was just bad luck to get a bad pair we will see but not impress with the quality so far,

Sound quality for the phone is very poor if you are going to use them to answer calls .. For music is amazing ..

I felt it was necessary to put a comment to this product - I know reviews are important and helpful before a selection and purchase is made - I have Air Pods and wanted to use Beats, I was so eager to receive, Unfortunately as I was in use of them, it became intolerable to use - IT IS SENSITIVE TO WIND/It is a disturbance when listening to music and or speaking with someone. I wish I was able to continue to use but we are Talking about BEATS it should be able to not have disturbances

these were ok they didn’t fit in my ears right no matter what I did. Battery life kind of sucks as well.

Got these because they're smaller than my previous Beat. Lost the right earbud three weeks in. TL;DR: Don't buy Pro: - Audio is great - Long battery life Con: - Small form factor made them too small for your thumb and index fingers to grab onto - The magnet are way too strong when they are in the charging case. The smooth finish made it very hard to grip onto the earbuds and pull them out of the charging case. - The smooth finish of the earbuds made them hard to hold onto when putting in your ears - They fit nicely in your ears when you first put them on, but will drop out after about 30 steps. - The noise cancellation is very loud. You can hear the muffle sound as you walk, very distracting while listening to music. Hope this help.

They die really fast not worth it, I’ve had them for less then a week
