They have good sound quality but no matter what I do the **** things won’t stay in my ears.

When talking on them all the background noise is picked up. You can barely be heard. Very disappointed. As earbuds for music great.

The media could not be loaded. I am returning this purchase (or maybe give it a week or two). Bass is not good enough considering beats by Dre is what it’s known for. Battery life sucks - definitely not worth the price. Also, only the noise cancelling works; but you can’t tell the difference between the noise transparency (the latter does not work). My iphone 13 pro max has better audio without headphones. This purchase is no where near iPhone's new spatial audio feature (or if this one has one - it doesn’t feel like it). My old Beats solo 3 sounds so much better than this. Also I noticed the left bud is louder (and better) than the right one. Regarding the ear tip fit - I found out that using one size larger than your ear fit had a better fit. The usb-C charger is of no use - frustrating that I have to purchase my own adapter.

Just looking to listen to music? These are great. Want to take a phone call, conference call, etc.? Forget it. Sound quality is absolute trash. Voice clarity is completely muffled. Not to mention, people can't understand what you're saying back to them either. I don't understand how music can sound so good, yet the quality a call be so poor, but for this kind of money, the performance should be much, much better. I'd suggest looking elsewhere unless your only looking to listen to music.

Good luck getting them to stay in your ear, straight garbage.

Although this says noise cancellation it doesn’t cancel out all of the noise. Also, the connection is not always the best. Sometimes you have to try several times just to connect. Phone conversation are the worst! It will glitch. Get the warranty if you buy these. The person you are talking to can’t really hear you unless you are in a quite room. Any noise and you will have to call them back. Music plays well and the sound quality is good for the music not phone conversations.

I have tried every single rubber ear plug sizes for these and tried during phone calls where I’m not moving around, and while running errands/going to work out and there isn’t a single time I’ve tried to use these where I’m not fighting for my life for them not to fall out. Couldn’t wear them long enough to be able to say much about the battery life.

1- sound quality. some reviews complain but I think it sounds great so to each their own I guess 2- replacement tips - if you’re someone like me that has to use the bigger size replacement tips you’ll have lots of issues. The charging case is too small to fit larger tips so you’re constantly fighting to get it in properly to charge. Pretty frustrating. Without the larger tips they fall out of my ears. 3- battery life. I feel like this is definitely significantly less than all the other beats headphones I have. But it does charge super fast in the case so that is pretty nice 4- Bluetooth pairing. It says that you’re supposed to be able to link it to multiple devices (up to 8) but when I pair with a new device it ends up making me repair with old devices. I’m not talking about the H1 chip thing to switch back and forth easily like the AirPods. I mean to link it at all it requires repairing between devices not just disconnecting and reconnecting. You need to completely re-pair which is frustrating.

we were looking forward to these earbuds. We each got a pair for Christmas. Setup was easy and they sounded good. Late March the left earbud of two sets quit working. We were able to put them back in the case and then pull them out and they would re-sync with phone. Now my set quit working while using it. The other set regained sync, and I haven;t heard that it does not work, but my left bud is dead while showing 100% charged. I'm trying Raycon next purchase..

I bought these because I’ve always preferred beats over apple products, however I really regret my decision now. My main purpose for these was working out, however once you start sweating, or tip your head upside down, or really move you head in any direction other than keeping it straight, they pop out. I tried every size of ear bud cover that was included in the box, but these simply won’t stay put in my ears AT ALL. Thinking it was probably just my anatomy, I borrowed some Apple air pods from a family member for one of my workouts, and I was insanely impressed. I had zero issues with them, and the product stayed in my ears the entire time, no adjustments needed. Overall, these would be a great product if they actually stayed in your ears.
