I ordered these for my wife for Christmas and she was excatic because the great reviews. She uses them mostly for work (zoom meetings and such) but she would also connect them to her phone to listen to music while doing tasks around the house. She was pretty pleased with the noise canceling feature. But a connectivity issue has been present since day 1. She connected them to her Mac and was in a meeting when the left ear bud would start going in and out. Then they would make an awful cracking noise in her ear. We thought big deal contact Amazon, get another to replace these. Well. Now the right bud is crackling and going in and out. Time to try a different brand of wireless bud cause these just aren't it

Bought these for my husband as a gift and they are already broken after just 3 months. My husband took excellent care of his earbuds and was so excited to receive them. However he has had nothing but issues with them in the brief time he has had them. They constantly fall out of his ears despite his efforts to try the different attachments. The sound also went out in one of the ear buds completely. He loves beats products, but has not been happy with these.

They are like meatballs. If you like random things in your coffee, biscuits & gravy, soups, toilet, bra, trash cans, these are your guys! I can’t get them to stay inside my ears for nothing. My son told me to insert & twist-been there, done it & doesn’t help. I love beats but these are lacking design. They are heavy & bulky. I’ll probably have to return if I get around to it. If not I’ll enjoy what I can & laugh at what I can’t. Hopefully this helps the small ears. I don’t think the charging case works either, unless I’m lacking knowledge here again. You also better have a iPhone 11 up or your going to think the charger is just random. It requires your newest iPhone wall cube to charge. Thankfully I have the newest & knew about this situation lol

I like the sound and battery life, but if you sweat at all, they can fall out pretty easily and sometimes without warning. Would not buy again.

Um these are so uncomfortable and the battery life, not as promised.

The bus sound great but a 3 hour listening time b4 you need to charge is ridiculous. Should have stuck with Samsung.

They don’t stay in your ear and the caller on the other end can hear background noise loud

I have had the AirPods 2 for just under 2 years and have been very happy with them but started experiencing trouble with people hearing me when I speak with them through the AirPods. So I had decided to buy these because I like the beats brand and was excited to give them a shot. I was very disappointed. Even with the different size options for the ears, they just didn't fit right. The sounds quality was not great at all. Not like I had expected. My airPod 2's sounded better. Made my ears feel plugged up also. Again, I had tried to change the sizing to see if it was just the fit and it was not. They also stick out of my ears way more than expected. I felt that they were no as "invisible" as I would have liked. I think I may cave and just go for the airpod pro's. On the bright side, when I decided to send them back, it was very easy to do, and got my refund quickly as well. I guess I will need to wait and see what else it out there or if they make adjustments to the design of these.

The headphones were not bad. I thought the sound was fairly good. But I can't step away for more than 3' and I lose connectivity. Which is very frustrating so these are going back

Now a days. No one likes to send anything to help the device charge. I don’t have any type-C charger block. I bought the device so I can use it immediately at work but guess Not.
