UPDATE:: So I took away a star because these would not work on a FaceTime call!!! Will be returning!! Got my pair today. They sound good, nice bass but had issues with tapping when it came to skipping a song or going back 2 or 3 songs. And really it’s more like a “push” than a “tap”. I thought that was kind of annoying. I have not figured out what the long press is. This is only the 2nd pair of wireless earbuds I’ve had (had a different brand - cheap) so I’m not sure if all earbuds have it or not but I would have been nice to have volume control. Overall, not bad.

The Bluetooth capability on these buds is sorely lacking. Passing cars and even people causes interference. But the most disappointing thing is the sound quality. Nearly zero bass, giving everything a tinny sound, which is surprising since Beats are known for excellent quality sound. Absolutely returning.

I wouldn’t necessarily call them noise cancelling. They also cut out sometimes which is very annoying when I have my phone in my pocket while listening. Battery life is nothing to write home about. Not to mention I had to buy a whole charger block specifically for these. One word to describe them: fickle.

Love them until I dropped my left earbud. Now the sound quality is not the same.

I am thinking of returning the noise cancelation is horrible

These fell out of my ears no matter which size tip I tried. The frustrating part is that where the button is is right where you touch when you’re trying to adjust it back into your ear, so each time you try to adjust it you accidentally press the button. I returned them.

Gotta wonder what these things do better than others that makes them worth it. They’re ok I guess. But how much more better? Dunno.

They are not as good as you expect given all the hype about them. Bought them for my wife and she doesn’t like them. They connect well to my iPhone and that is about it, sound quality is not that good and expected more being a touring roadie!!! Disappointed

Not the best product found earbuds less expensive with longer battery time. Disappointed

They are great but the only con is they fall out of my ear consistently and I have to readjust them so often
