Very cheap product

One of my suitcases has tghe lock engaged. Cannot lock it. When you open the package, it says do not return to Amazon, contact company for any issues. Tried to contact company, no response. Looked to see if I could get lock replaced, found where I could get one, but sold out and not sure if they will get anymore. Tried to go online and try to troubleshoot it. We don’t fly. Bought luggage because we are in late 60s, cannot haul heavy luggage around. Wanted something on wheels easy to move. And hard sided luggage. Will keep what we have. But, I would think twice about buying it, again.
