I have purchased many jackets and loved every one until now. This item is below your quality standards. It does not feel soft and cozy next to my skin as it does not have a soft, cozy liner. It doesn't have any liner. Disappointed

I really wanted to love this jacket. It looks super cute on the model and I wanted that same look but it just didn't happen for me. My usual size is a medium so based on reviews I purchased a large and it was too big. The jacket is also very light weight and thin with no liner. Unfortunately I have to return it because of the size and the fact that its just too thin to wear in the winter time.

Okay so this coat is cute. However, I read a lot of the reviews before ordering. They say it fits size right but if you want an oversized look to order a size up but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. To give a picture I am 5’4, 125 lbs. From reading reviews women about my size or smaller were about the same and I didn’t want the oversized look so I ordered a SMALL, (my normal size) and it was BIG. Goes over my hands, baggy, and long. It’s CUTE! However, not true to size and I’m wanting more fitting. Another thing to be aware of is the zipper. It’s a STRUGGLE. The fuzz gets stuck in the zipper the whole way up and down so it takes forever to do either. It’s a big hassle. It’ll take a good 5 minutes each time unless you hold the fuzz out of the way. If you’re someone who dislikes small things like that I promise it will bug you. 😂 I’m gonna return and get a smaller size because I like it a lot but this is what I noticed!(:

first it took a while to ship 😂 it’s definitely soft. but just doesn’t look as cute as on the model (what else is new) lolll. i’m tall & have some extra pounds in the middle. i got a 3x bc i wanted it to be baggier. it’s def not as long as i would like so the pockets land in a wierd spot lol. i am surprised the arms are pretty long, usually that’s an issue i have. i might return it honestly 😩

I bought this coat for a vacation in a cold state and it was perfect, kept me warm and cozy without being too bulky. I took away stars because the coat arrived with a small rip on the seam of the sleeve cuff and it’s slowly gotten larger. I thought it was a thumb hole at first and now a third of the cuff is ripped open. I’ll sew it and it should be fine for many more trips.

I really loved this jacket when I received it, it was very soft, incredibly warm, and fit perfectly. I ordered it a bit smaller because I didn’t want the oversized look, and it fit exactly as I expected it. Unfortunately though, because of the material, the zipper got stuck within the first two days of owning it, and it was nearly impossible to get the zipper unstuck and when I finally did it, the zipper broke completely. I personally wouldn’t buy this jacket again just for that reason.

This coat was a lot cheaper looking in real life than in the photo. I ordered the red color, and liked how it was casual but still looked fancy. However, on arrival it was a disappointment.

This definitely feels like a cheap blanket they sell for too much money in Michaels so I’m not getting that same overwhelming feeling of “this is soooo soft” that everyone else has commented on. It is soft but eh. The zipper gets stuck every 3-4 inches zipping it up, and no matter how much I shake, lint roll, and pick at this coat it continues to leave fuzz all over me and everything I touch. It is warm I will give it that. I was going to give it 4 stars but I’m changing it to three because I got stuck in drizzling rain for maybe 5 mins and the whole coat is a matted mess right now. I can’t imagine having a warm coat and then not even being able to use it when it’s lightly raining or snowing. Its not flattering when zipped up. I also ordered an XL when I normally wear a M-L and it fit how I would expect a L to fit so I’d size up twice if you want a drastically oversized coat. I would’ve been uncomfortable if I’d gotten a L. If I had known any of this would be the case I wouldn’t have spent more than 15$ on this, definitely not the 35$ I did. I can’t even imagine what this is going to look like when I wash it. It’ll probably be the texture of a door mat at that point.
