IOS is 12.5.7 and cannot be updated above that. Contacted customer service to see if I was sent the wrong device. I was only buying because my current iPad doesn't support more than 10 IOS which a lot of my apps no longer support. I was given a return label and instructions but no explanation. I reached out again to see if a return would be replaced with the device that supports 15 IOS updates like the description says. I was told they will check with the IT support and will let me know. That was many days ago. I've decided to give up and keep it and use it until 12 IOS is no longer supported by my apps which won't be too long. Other than that, it's as expected. But as mentioned, it's disappointing because the IOS 15 was my draw to the product.
