When I picked up the box I could hear something was wrong so I opened it and to my dismay there was rock and sand everywhere.

Way way smaller than I expected. And I didnt realize a lot of the decorations in the kit are just stickers. Cheap. Not worth it.

Great idea for 6-year-old. Seeds, sand, stones and soil come in separate bags so son could take part in opening and pouring into terrarium. Beware of quality, however -- I received defective lid where grooves on lid do not fit onto the plastic terrarium at all (could not even be screwed on even a little bit), and so had to fasten with rubber bands. Additionally, after only 1 day of usage, power button would not function to turn lid's light off.

The light on this thing lasts like 5 mins even after a good charge. Waste of money in my opinion unless you have time and remember to charge the light constantly

I can’t believe the top of this has to be taken off every day to charge. I definitely thought it would be solar charged. I’m expecting a big mess sometime soon. Only usable if your kids nightstand is in full sun during the day and within inches of an outlet

Not sure where to start. First there was the hiccup on the first package that came with no seeds, then the second package seed never grew. Kinda a disappointment and a waist of energy

This is a small (less than a liter) plastic jar with a light on the lid. There were not enough of the white rocks for them to show when the dirt was above and below them. Still waiting for the seeds to sprout. I should have used a Mason jar. It would have been bigger and looked better.

No seeds were included. It seems that a number of people have this problem when they buy it for a child.

Hello, I purchased these to send to my grand sons, when they arrived one unit was fine, but when the second unit was opened it had a hole in the soil bag which leaked some out and it did not have any of the glow in the dark stickers and or the directions. So needless to say I had one happy and one not so happy asking where his stickers were at. It just looked like the one box was opened else where and they did not put everything back in the box once they returned it. If able please send some additional stickers. Super cute idea, my kid loved putting it together. We followed the instructions to a t, but within less than 2 weeks, it grew a ton of mold. So in the garbage it went and we now have a very disappointed toddler.
