works great. now I just wish I could use it. my son and his wife have taken it over

heats up well and stays heated for about 30 min.

This was great for my Arthritic shoulders! Fast and easy to warm up too!

I have not tried it on cold yet but the hot is excellent!

Absolutely love this product. It heats well and chills well. Its lightweight although not too lightweight. Comfortable. Fabric could be a bit better quality. I would not hesitate to purchase another one.

This is a very nice rice pack. It gives a lot of coverage to your shoulder aches and pains. We really like it!

The Hot shoulder wrap is wonderful, especially in the late evening when the furnace temp drops. I just "nuke" it for a couple of minutes and return to my studies - less distracted. The only improvement that I'd suggest, is to fill it with more beans.
