[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get a camera drone for my son. We thought that we would have a lot of fun with it. We set everything up like the directions said to. The very first day. It crashed and broke. Once we got it in the air it was uncontrollable. Had a hard time making it go left or right. Kept going up really high even though we didn’t put the joystick to high. It had a mind of its own. Wanted to like it. Wouldn’t respond to remote directions. Camera streaming didn’t some out either. It was like we got a defective one.

One of the motors didn’t work properly out of the box. Made weird grinding noise and wouldn’t fly at all. Terrible quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the drone I was impressed by the overall look and quality. It seemed to be made well and it was easy to get setup. The first two flights were perfect, the drone was easy to control and I was impressed by how high it flew. The next day I took it out to fly it again and things started out great. However, when I started to land the drone it started flying higher in the opposite direction. I tried to control the drone and make it fly back to me but it was like the controller could not control it. I watched as it got farther and farther away. I have searched fields and yards around my house but I have never found the drone.

The controls worked sometimes, it was unable to maintain elevation, and I could not make it land. This resulted in the drone getting stuck the first time I used it (had to manually turn it off) and flying off and crashing the second time. Would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this the remote was great it fit my phone no problem and it was good it was rechargeable when I read the directions to a t I set it up and everything was fine I got it about 4 ft off the ground and it crashed down one of the motors the number 1 quit working I changed propeller and tried again with no success so I only got to fly for 30sec

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so I got this for my son and it just not good. First it needs 6 batteries for the controller. Them when u fly it it starts to just take off on its own and then when it lands u won't be able to find it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product. I got this for my cousin and it broke in less than 8 hours. The drone itself was hard to control and it was very loud too. It would randomly go up super high. It was just not easy to control. The batter drained very quickly and eventually one of the wings stopped working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sharper Image Mach X Video Drone was a nice looking drone. We took it to a large open field to try it out because we didn’t want to lose it. We picked a day that wasn’t windy and everything started out alright but then without warning it just took off and quit responding and flew off into the wild blue yonder. We looked for it for a while but finally gave up. I’m not very happy at all with its performance or lack there of!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very nice and it had a good sized remote and a place to put your phone and had cool lights on it be there first time my son used it..it broke. So I don’t feel it was made very well at all. I do not recommend
