I've had other drones like this one that are way cheaper in quality and did not fly nearly as well. The directions are good for this and it's easier to learn than the other ones I have used. I recommend as a starter drone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sharper Image Drone Mach 10 inch with camera streaming is very powerful! It is super simple to set up and pair when you follow the directions. The joy sticks on the remote are very sensitive so be sure to practice using the drone in an open area but not one that the drone could get stuck on a roof or tree. It is fun to view what the drone sees on your camera phone. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a drone at a reasonable price point.

It does take some time to figure out how to control it though. We practiced flying it inside first just to be safe but once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. My son loved being able to record and connect his phone and watch it back. The drone itself is really sleek and stylish in design. Would definitely recommend!

It took my 13 year old about five minutes to set up and pair up with his phone, and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. The drone itself was a bit flimsy, and I certainly wouldn't be taking this out on anything past a calm day, and wouldn't fly it higher than a house or past my yard, but it's a fun toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I’ve owned smaller drones, best sharper image 10 inch is definitely the biggest one so far. I did try video drone functionality and was able to capture some panoramic videos and photos from the sky! The remote is very user-friendly and you can easily guide your drone over landscapes with ease. Their motors fully wireless and includes everything from Up, down, left, right, rotate as well as pitch forward. The batteries were rechargeable and I was able to use it without having to swap out batteries. Well I know it’s not the biggest drone out there as an entry-level drone I think it’s well worth the investment. Sharper image always delivers on quality and I don’t think this Joanne is an exception to that.

He was able to easily set up the camera option and has no trouble navigating it even though he has never really been a video gamer. Quality is good. He has dropped it a few times but it hasn't broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drone was a fun for an intermediate drone user. Controlling the drone while swooping and scooping around made for a great flight. The video was tough to look at while flying due to the erratic flying patterns. Also, you were able to record a video while the drone was flying but I was unable to figure out how to save it or send it via text/email. Unfortunately one of the propeller motors stopped working after a light crash. I am not really sure how it broke so easy, but the drone was fun to fly while it lasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family really enjoyed this. It took a bit to learn how to control it, but once you got the hang of it, it was very easy to use. It was very durable and lightweight (we quickly learned how durable it was after many crashes!) The camera was also cool and not a bad quality. I loved how the controller could hold my phone when using the app. My only concern was the battery didn’t last long at all. It only lasted about 10 minutes before it needed to be charged again. It’s great for flying around your house, but not so great if you want to travel to other locations with it.

I did have to help him get the hang of flying it and I still have to help him from time to time. It is more for older kids and adults. The quality of materials is pretty good overall and we’ve had no issues.

I found that it worked better staying connected to the camera if you didn't travel too far with it. It is a good size and range for my mid sized yard, but not sure if it would be good for a larger yard. But it worked good and survived a few accidental crashes from my daughter who is learning. Overall a good little drone.
