I got this as a gift. I use it all of the time. It sounds great and has good battery life. I have had it for about 1 and a half months and I have charged it twice maybe and use it every few days. It is expensive but extremely nice.

This speaker produces great sound. Weatherproof case for active outdoor use. We love using it on our boat, on our deck, while working around the yard and anywhere our cell phones have a signal for Pandora or Sirius! Very easy BT pairing function. No sound distortion at higher volumes. The re-usable storage box is great for transport and storage. Charges quickly and has long battery life. Highly recommended.

Just awesome - gives us sound where we need it, and very CLEAR sound! We work in a noisy room and this allows everyone to hear the people on the other side of our Teams calls perfectly clearly. You can't believe how much easier our meetings are now. Volume controls are simple and effective. Bluetooth connected in a nanosecond - soooo nice. Extremely portable - easy to place. This is now a MAINSTAY of all our meetings.

I have a Flip 3 and love it, but this Flip 5 is even better! Its very capable of BIG sound, it connects faster than any speaker via bluetooth, and the battery lasts all day. For fast charging the USB-C is fast & convenient. There really isnt a better portable speaker for its size and price on the market. Set it down or stand it up, place under a table or in the corner.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas who loves how compact the speaker is. The sound quality is excellent and the compact size allows him to listen to music with out lugging a bulky speaker around. It is great to give a gift that is actually used and appreciated.

Initial use of the speaker - really a great sound. I listen to a lot of podcasts and sometimes it is hard to hear. I can get the speaker to play my podcast VERY loud. So far so good. I spent a little more on this speaker because the cheaper ones I bought in the past didn't last long as far as battery life. Hoping this will last longer.

I have been a big JBL fan for years. I bought this speaker as a Christmas gift last year. It looked as advertised and worked great until June when it died completely mid listen. It was in the same place on a shelf inside our livingroom so it was a huge surprise when there was no fixing it. We moved and had a death in the family so I am just getting to this review now. Definitely not what I was hoping for in a gift...very disappointed 😔

This speaker way exceeds expectations! I thought my older bluetooth speaker sounded OK, but it was just not loud enough, especially in the car. It works fine, and I was hesitant to buy another one -- but I'm glad I did! This speaker is LOUD. But more than that, it sounds fantastic. I didn't think my old one was all that bad, but this JBL puts it to shame.

I’ve attempted to purchase this exact item several times. I’ve finally got it! I’ve also purchased the silicone protector with the hook😎 I’m able to hook 🪝 it to my belt loop 👍.💕 I’ve recently had issues with my inner ear from ear buds🤷‍♀️. Beyond Satisfied! You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered this speaker for my wife, who wanted something small, portable and that wouldn't look gaudy in her office. I love that it is made from recycled materials, that was just a bonus. The sound is great and it is very easy to pair with our iPhones. We have been using various Amazon Echo devices for streaming music for a while now and while super convenient, the sound on the JBL speaker is a lot better. The battery seems to last a long time as well (although we haven't tested out exactly how long). I do believe it is a bit expensive for what it is, but I am considering one for my office now.
