Now that times are tough, it’s super important to be innovative and creative. :-) I go to Aldi and get a bunch of onions, garlic, and herbs.For each ingredient, I grind them up and make ice cubes For Latino meals that saves me so much time 🥰🥰🥰At the very end, I would recommend making an aqueous solution of soap and water and blend that up to clear of sticky debris. makes it so much easier to clean

I’ve been struggling hard getting the right consistency for my whipped feta dip. I was using the attachment that came with my immersion blender and my blender - both options were not that great. I was making something the other day and out of frustration, I threw away the attachment and ordered this little guy. Today was my first time using it. So simple, so easy, why did it take me years to get this?!For those wondering here is my recipe for whipped feta dipPut all ingredients in your kitchen aid and purée1 block of feta1/3 cup cream cheese1 tablespoon of honey2 -3 cloves garlicSalt & pepperAdd olive oil to reach your desired consistencyPlace in dish, dollop raspberry fruit spread and swirl - I like Polaner’s Verry Berry Raspberry fruit spread - it has a nice sweetness and its smooth

Perfect for preparing food for one or 2 people

I had been given an old Kitchen Aid food processor from a family member and it finally bit the dust after 20 years. I am hopeful this will last as long. I like its compact size and it works equally well for chopping nuts or making pesto. Great value, easy to use.

I like how compact it is, the wire can be wrapped around the bottom and hidden and it’s really easy to use. It’s really powerful and the blades are sharp and break down food super easily. KitchenAid tools are soooo great so to find this at such a great price and it’s so efficient and easy to use. Would definitely buy this again.
