I purchased this 5 cup food processor in the past month & so pleased with it. I use it primarily for chopping up nuts, egg shells, raw carrots for my dogs. It does the job quickly & efficiently. I like the slim size of it & wrap around cord. Looks good on my countertop. Was a bit of a learning curve to how to assemble it but once I read & followed the instructions it was easy. This is our second kitchen aid food chopper. The last one we had was a 3 cup. Used it all of the time. Needed one with more room so yes we purchased the same model just with a 5 cup chopper.
