[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is easy to use, comes with 3 tips. This is battery powered, so doesn't have the capacity or the pressure that the sink-top models of Water-Pik have. There are 2 speeds, I used the high speed, and it's still very gentle. Since I normally use a sink-top Water-Pik set at #9, this pressure is lower than what I'm used to. I think this would be good for travel, or if you feel it is needed at work, could be kept as a midday flosser. I'm not sure I'd rely on it as my primary flosser, since the pressure isn't that high.

Worked great for about 18 months then completely stopped working

If you MUST travel with a water flosser, this works. However, the stream is weak even on the top setting and the bulky handle gets slippery when wet (and it WILL get wet), making the device hard to grip and move around. For daily use, I recommend getting a regular plug-in Waterpik; much better results with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very powerful flosser maybe a little too powerful. Was easy to set up

It is heavier than my old model (which died after about 10 years). It does seem to hold the same amount of water that my old model held. The on/off thumb switch is very stiff. Sometime I have to wait until the water runs out so I can lower it and use both hands to change the speed or turn it off. The color is very pleasing (my old one was black).

Doesn't seem to have the squirt power compared to my previous machine, which was a small travel one, also battery powered (but rechargeable type)

The flosser removes debris as it is supposed to do. It is a little clumsy to use when doing the back of the teeth. I have to refill it 3 times to do my whole mouth. I can handle the low setting but every once in a while I hit my gums the wrong way and it is uncomfortable. I will be going back to the other type of unit, the one that sits on the counter, when this no longer functions.

I bought this September 28th of this year. I used it everyday since I got it; up until last week when I had a procedure done on my gums. I went to use it today and already it stopped working.
Sad first use
I put water into the reservoir for the first time, absolutely the first time, and it falls off the until and cracks. Not fun. So, figuring that it’s my mistake, I’m looking for a replacement reservoir. Not available. Also not fun. So, I advise anyone purchasing this, be certain the reservoir is on and surely on. I thought mine was. Now, I can’t get through a quadrant of my mouth without half the water all over the floor.

The flosser works well, and is easy to use. It goes through batteries very quickly though. I use it once per day, and the power begins to weaken at 2 weeks, so it requires 6 AA batteries per month for full power. I only plan to use this for a few months during orthodontic treatment. If I get another water flosser, it’ll be wired or rechargeable.
