[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt that the water tank was too small and therefore you have a very short water pik time. I much prefer my electric powered water pik for home use. I can see how it would be handy for travel use .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Waterpix water flossers and put them through their paces. This is a cordless portable version of the flosser, so users hold all the parts in their hand. It is well designed and built; users can hold and operate easily; the on and off button is easily reached. However, it is still bulky to hold and maneuver, especially when I want to articulate the tip to reach a different part of the mouth. On other Waterpixs, tip holders are much smaller and easier to maneuver. This is portable and cordless, ideal for travel, but I feel it is too big to pack; I just pack dental floss instead. I may pack your flosser with the plastic tip. I also don’t pack my electric toothbrush. The rechargeable battery may be a problem to go on airplanes? The reservoir holds 30 seconds of water, which I feel depleted quickly. To do an adequate floss, I have to fill it twice or thrice. I got about 40 seconds of water flow from one filling. The motor seems weak and stalls at times, even when it is new. I think the rubber ring seal on the filling flap may not hold a good seal after a while. Waterpix has a whole line of water flossers; I don’t know the positioning of this product and the audience? What are the selling points? Why users buy this product? There are compromises in order to fulfill some design points. Thank you for letting me tests your new products. It is always fun; I have a finance and marketing background.

The flosser works well, and is easy to use. It goes through batteries very quickly though. I use it once per day, and the power begins to weaken at 2 weeks, so it requires 6 AA batteries per month for full power. I only plan to use this for a few months during orthodontic treatment. If I get another water flosser, it’ll be wired or rechargeable.
Sad first use
I put water into the reservoir for the first time, absolutely the first time, and it falls off the until and cracks. Not fun. So, figuring that it’s my mistake, I’m looking for a replacement reservoir. Not available. Also not fun. So, I advise anyone purchasing this, be certain the reservoir is on and surely on. I thought mine was. Now, I can’t get through a quadrant of my mouth without half the water all over the floor.

I bought this September 28th of this year. I used it everyday since I got it; up until last week when I had a procedure done on my gums. I went to use it today and already it stopped working.

The flosser removes debris as it is supposed to do. It is a little clumsy to use when doing the back of the teeth. I have to refill it 3 times to do my whole mouth. I can handle the low setting but every once in a while I hit my gums the wrong way and it is uncomfortable. I will be going back to the other type of unit, the one that sits on the counter, when this no longer functions.

Doesn't seem to have the squirt power compared to my previous machine, which was a small travel one, also battery powered (but rechargeable type)

It is heavier than my old model (which died after about 10 years). It does seem to hold the same amount of water that my old model held. The on/off thumb switch is very stiff. Sometime I have to wait until the water runs out so I can lower it and use both hands to change the speed or turn it off. The color is very pleasing (my old one was black).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very powerful flosser maybe a little too powerful. Was easy to set up

If you MUST travel with a water flosser, this works. However, the stream is weak even on the top setting and the bulky handle gets slippery when wet (and it WILL get wet), making the device hard to grip and move around. For daily use, I recommend getting a regular plug-in Waterpik; much better results with that.
