sweet little machine - love the cold froth

Does a great job of heating and frothing milk. Only area for improvement is cleaning. It cannot be fully immersed so cleaning involves removing the agitator (very easy) and washing the interior while avoiding getting water on the exterior control panel. A bit of a hassle but not too bad. A fully immersible unit would garner 5 stars.

I use this to make latte foam. The foam is not as dense or hot as my last frother which only had one setting. It doesn't burn and is easy to clean. It is a bit noisy on the dense foam setting.

Loved this but after a couple weeks the rubber piece under the whisk came off and couldn't find it. couldn't get a replacement so out of luck. The company gave me the runaround long enough for the return window to close. my fault should have gone rt to amazon, thought I could just call company to order piece I needed.

I do appreciate the way Patty, the customer service agent stayed in contact with me, and compensated for the fact that the frother did not work.

Used nearly daily for two months then stopped. Attempt to engage any function and it is immediately cancelled. Not worth the money or frustration. After unfavorable review customer service sent email offering refund. Very polite and seemed sincere that I simply got a defective product.

This was a great machine for a couple of months. Then both of the hot settings quitEdit 7/24/23The seller reached out to me by email to ask how they could resolve the difficulty we had with the frother. They reimbursed me for the failed product although it was outside the normal warranty period. I would definitely recommend purchasing a product from this seller as they do the right thing and make every effort to respond to problems.

I really like this Frother, because of the different option it has. What I dont like is that it stopped working after only one year.

We liked the product overall, but it stopped working entirely after about 4 months, at which time the return window had closed. Very disappointing.

I wasn’t expecting this to be the best frothed for this price and it does the job ok but the foam is very loose. The temperature comes out fine and it does foam it just isn’t very thick and falls quickly.
