It's only been a week. But so far it's great. But I did not buy it for just cream. I wanted to see if it was good for eggs and it is with out heat.

We have been using this BIZEWO milk frother for many months, we love the texture of the froth, not too thick not too liquid, just perfect. Also the temperature of the froth is just what is needed to enjoy a nice breakfast. The unit is simple to use and very elegant as well.When suddenly the unit stopped functioning we felt distraught as we were used to our breakfast routine with this device. I contacted BIZEWO to explain via email, they were extremely responsive and understanding. I got a full refund very quickly, ordered again on Amazon and got delivered overnight.What a great experience !! Thank you BIZEWO for the great customer support !!

The frother worked great but I’m thinking I wasn’t careful washing it because it stopped working after about 2months. Anyhow, I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond. Great customer service!

The media could not be loaded.  I like the versatility of the fosther. It has different programs. I had an issue with the heating function, I called customer service for help and Monique quickly and efficiently solved it. I was happy with the results and I am still enjoying my Matcha.

I tossed my “instant” froth machine in the trash, because that was a horrible product and purchased this one. So far so good. The froth is incredible on this and I love the temperature control. I’ll keep you posted -

Great product. I use this every day. A Frother is a must its really a Coffee game changer!!! and it’s definitely worth the price. Change your mornings and buy one you will not be disappointed

The frother works very well! I started to enjoy latte since I received it. I dropped one star was because that it is not dish-washer friendly. I cannot rinse the touchscreen and the bottom.

Great blender great customer service after three months of use. I had a problem mine quit working and they were quick to refund me so I could buy another one. I think I just got a lemon otherwise everything was great about it.

It does the work, The level of the amount to put to foam is too little. I like it though.

My favorite thing about this frother is that it offers two consistencies of froth (creamy and extra creamy) whereas similar frothers only have 1 option. After 6 weeks of daily use, my frother suddenly malfunctioned. I reached out to Bizewohome and talked with Net, who provided prompt and professional customer service when providing a replacement.
