I have used a handheld frother and a few other cup/container ones like this one. Even expensive ones that are $100 do not froth as well as this one. I have the most foam and volume using this frother than any other one. Also, when I make things like Matcha or some other form of powder, I can use this frother to mix the powder too and I am never left with powder on the bottom or sides because it actually incorporates and mixes the powder into the liquid very well.However, the reason why it is not a 5* for me is because of a couple things.1. The volume of the container is a little bit small. I find that I cannot add as much liquid as I want because the container is not too big. This is also partly due to the large amount of volume increase when I use this thing as it almost always rises to the lid by the time it's done.2. Washing this thing can be a little tricky. It seems water can easily get into the crevices of the screen or bottom where the frother connects to its power base. I have not had issues prior but it stopped working after 1 year and 2 months. It is likely due to the issue I mentioned but not entirely sure.However, the customer service is great. The warranty is 2 years and so despite the failure, the seller/manufacturer is willing to refund the full amount I paid to me after all this time.So to summarize:Good - Great frother, best volume of foam I have ever had, good mixer of liquids and powders, Good customer serviceBad - Small container, prone to potential water damage

I absolutely love this frother. I’ve used it every day since it arrived. This morning I got up and it didn’t work. I was bummed but decided to call customer service. After a quick phone call, they are refunding my money and I already ordered another one. I highly recommend!

This was a great steamer with a choice of how to steam your milk, a large capacity and easy to use and clean. Except one day it just stopped working, not sure why as we cared for it properly. So I contacted customer service through Amazon and a customer service rep for Bizewohome responded very quickly. Kate, from Bizewohome gave me tips to try to get the streamer working but it still didn't work. She then graciously offered a full refund and processed it very quickly. She was extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Sorry the steamer didn't work out but customer service at Bizewohome was very easy to work with.

I had been using a handheld machine but the extra step of warming my milk up in a microwave before I spent a minute or 2 frothing my milk was a hassle. Plus, the creamy foam this machine makes is amazing! Every cup of coffee/cappuccino looks like a work of art.Cleaning it is the only downside. A good cleaning takes 3 minutes.If you know a coffee lover, this would make an excellent gift.

Love this product very basic and it enhances my coffee experience tenfold.

It doesn’t exactly what i bought for , which is steam up the milk quickly .

It does what it's designed to do, but I have two main complaints:1 - The heater is just a bit too hot for whole milk because it leaves a toasted milk residue on the bottom of the container. This makes cleaning a lot more annoying.2 - The icons aren't very obvious. I always get the full froth and less froth icons mixed up when I use it, and intuitively reversed the two when I first used it.

I bought this device for one purpose and one purpose only: to make hot chocolate. I never use any of the frothing features so I really couldn’t tell you about that, but if you were just looking for a hot chocolate maker, this is a great buy. I was having some issues when I first got it because it didn’t seem like it was hot enough. But I contacted the manufacturer and they explained something simple I was doing wrong and once I corrected that, it worked the way I hoped. Just so no one else makes the same mistake, I was hitting the milk and then pulling it into a mug to mix in the hot chocolate mix. The way to do it is to actually put the hot chocolate mix into the milk while it’s heating up. That will keep it make it harder than I was experiencing doing it my way. My only complaint would be that I wish it blended a little better. Once it is complete and I pour the hot cocoa into my mug, I still have to stir it to really get the hot chocolate powder to get mixed in properly. But certainly that’s not too big a deal so I’m not concerned.

This frother was purchased in December 2022. It does an excellent job but doesn't last long. It is April 2023, and it just stopped working. I have no idea why, and my wife and I are very disappointed, because it did such a good job. We really looked forward to our morning coffee with the foam on it.
