I’ve had no problems with these earbuds, they work great, battery life is long and fit securely around my neck. Only problem is they’re lost, which is something I tend to do. Think this time I got more than a year out of a set, is because they were actually easier than most to keep track of.

I used these about a week and suddenly the battery failed and only lasted 20 min or so. I wrote the company and said they had NEVER heard of this. They sent me a new pair plus a cool backup with a cord. I have used these for over a year for several hours most every day and the battery life is remarkable. Products cant always be perfect - but customer service can make it right. This company did the right thing and I am very happy with their service. I will always buy from this company as my first choice.

Longest battery life I have found in headphones. Sound quality is amazing!

Really like these headphones. And this company! These headphones are extremely valuable for the money. Originally I bought the Jlabs Jbuds model and they where excellent until I accidentally broke them on the job. I then bought a Sony version that left a lot to be desired in sound quality, interface and design. I wanted to buy Jbuds after that , and I decided on these ones. I'm so happy with this product that I am going to buy a few more and put them away for in case I break these after the warranty. (2-3 years $4). Sound quality is top shelf. Wasn't sure about the weird rubber paddle things but it turns out they are soft and removable! They are still on mine because I find they keep the earpiece in place better when I'm working and they don't fall out of my ears under vigorous movement. Noise cancelling seems to help a lot for the other people on calls. Phonecalls are very clear and easy to answer. Music is outstanding. Pairing is easy as pie. They can connect with multiple devices. The battery literally lasts 25+ hours. Hoping it can last. About 2 months of daily use now with no problem. Writing this long review because I'm really impressed.

These things fit perfect under my shooting earmuffs, music was clear and crisp. Bad part was so was the discharge through the microphone when i fired my rem mag. Thanks for to these all I heard was my boss screaming "WTF WAS THAT ". I paired it to my computer for zoom and team's calls and no longer sit for the meetings. I can walk around a 2000 sqft house and not lose the connection. Just remember the mic is supper sensitive so make sure it's muted when you go pee during a meeting ( boss again).

I really did like these earbuds. The sound was pretty decent and battery life was good. They were comfortable to wear and didn't fall out of my ears. However they only lasted about 10 uses then wouldn't charge anymore. I used these while working out or doing yardwork so I'm not so sure they were as sweatproof as advertised. Or maybe I got a bum pair? I gave these 5 stars because when they did work they were great and when I emailed JLab to see about a replacement, they responded right away asking me to send them in. I did and they gave me a full credit to use on their website. Dealing with them was easy and fast. Having a 2 year warranty is a pretty good deal also.

If you travel by air like I do, then you have for sure dropped an earbud on the floor of the airplane and it's gone. That is why I bought these. Since they wrap around your neck, they can never get lost. They last a long, long time due to the battery pack built in. The sound is good, it's not audiophile quality, but it's quite nice. They have good bass and good mid-tones. The sound cancelling feature is good but doesn't compare to my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones, but then neither does the price. For the price, they can't be beat. These are my go-to buds, just crank up the Zeppelin and you can't hear anything else. Even after you take them out. :0)

They sound phenomenal! Battery life used to be super but not so much anymore. Their lanyard to a neck so they stay around my neck and don't fall off. Would recommend and possibly buy again!

lightweight, flexible neckband. best part... it's multipoint! yes, my friends, you can connect 2 devices with this! listening to music on once device does NOT cut off if you fidget with the other device. it only stops the music if there is a call on the other device. Seriously did not expect these to be so good. no ear fatigue, i took off the little wedges.. cus i have small ears. switching from device to device is ridiculously smooth, legit no lag time, you would think it's the same device you are using. magnet connects the buds so i don't have to worry about them falling off. i think i'll buy a few more as backup.

La bateria me dura mas de 12 horas... ideal para vuelos transatlanticos con escala. Cancela muy bien el ruido y no tiene problemas ni de audio ni de conectividad. Mi unica pega és la alita que se adiere a la oreja aprienta un poco, por lo que recomiendo cada dos horas descansar 15 minutos sin ellos. Cosa buena, los auriculares estan imantados por lo que se pegan y cuando lo llevas colgando y queda como un collar. Asi no se te caen ni se pierden ( ya perdi unos en un vuelo... so it's good idea)
