I like it bc it's great headphones dislike bc the 1st pair was defective

Works great for phone calls. But it's horrible for music. Has zero base. You can't tell had anc mode you're in. And I I cuts out every now and then.

Battery is not as good for a pair that wraps around. Other brands can pack more battery life in this amount of space.

I have been searching for a set of neckband earbuds that I can use to make phone calls that are noise canceling. Since I work at home I need to be able to have quiet phone calls without background noise, such as the dog barking. Pros: good sound multiple ear tips for a customized fit nice carrying case Cons: neckband isn't rigid enough - instead of resting along the curve of my neck it felt like it was wrapped around my throat mic is not noise canceling - people could still hear background noises at the same level as my voice I already have less expensive set of earbuds that I've been using, and the expense of these didn't warrant me keeping them if the results are pretty much the same. Still on the hunt.

Best headphones I've had for the price my only pet peeve about it is the charging port its outdated

Decent sound. Last a long time on one charge. Comfortable to wear. Only down side is there fragile.

When you turn on the headset, the voice that says "hello" is low. Moderate noise makes that greeting nearly impossible to hear.

Noise cancellation is great. Calls are clear and you can be heard clearly on the other end. As far as music is concerned, tinny sound. Battery life non existent, less than an hour when charged overnight. Extremely disappointed, item being returned.
