The backrest is very firm and much larger than I expected. It is made very well but, I will have to return. Unfortunately, there is a return fee of almost $8. I wish I had noticed that before I purchased it.

It was not as comfortable as I though it would be, maybe great to be used in a bed. I wanted to use on a couch, was very large and not comfortable for me. But made very nice and very soft, just not for me.

I got these for my kids they sit up at night in bed they said they really like them ordering another for some one else

These pillows were delivered promptly and packaged well. The material is soft yet supportive and I love the fact that the cover can be removed and washed. The side pocket is a big plus, since we are constantly losing that little Apple remote control! The only thing I would change would be to make the arms a little bigger and longer.

Arrived quickly. Puffed right up out of the packaging. Pretty blue color, supports like I wanted. I would have preferred a different type of fabric. I doubt this fabric will last very long, but time will tell.

This was a present for my spouse. She says it is good and does what it is supposed to do, help you sit up straight and have good posture to avoid neck problems. She likes it, but says it is just a little bit firm, would like it to be not quite as firm.

I like the quality of my pillow very much and especially the detachable neck roll pillow that comes with it.... it is well-made and comfortable. I would say that while it is supportive... I might have liked a little more support via a bit more stuffing but it is more than most I have seen and that is a very individual preference. I would buy it again.,.. the only improvement I would have preferred would be a little more interior stuffing for a little more support for my likes. Having said that, it is very usable and the neck roll pillow helps to make up for the one downside (for me). For others, this might not be a prob at all. Nice product!

We bought this as a gift for my son, and it is really better than I expected, in light of previous reviews. It is soft, and the detachable bolster is too soft to support under knees. But I expected some kind of chemical odor upon opening, and there was no odor. I expected it to be very out of shape, and for it to take a couple of days to take shape. It took 2 minutes out of the box to have its full shape. He loves it. I am very happy with it. This Cheer brand is something to cheer about!

I need firm support. This is really to soft to give much support. It is very soft to touch. I had to add a smaller pillow to the lumbar area for comfort. I do not recommend this Cheer Collection bed rest pillow for bad backs. It is to soft for support. But my bad is really bad. I ended up wearing my back brace with this back test. If my back was not so messed up it would be great.
